Walking into the hotel, it looked really nice updated and clean. The staff was very sweet and helped out promptly when I was waiting in line. Walking into my room, it was very clean, smelled so good and everything was exceptional. It was exactly like the pictures. Parking was super easy and the breakfast was really, really good. It was all included in the price. It took me a while to find a decent hotel that’s clean and nice and, this place delivered. I recommend this to hotel for everyone!!!

The only thing I did not like was the bed could’ve been a little bit more comfortable. But still good!

Irvan at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The hotel room was tidy, clean, well laid out and spacious. The hotel itself was very easy to navigate and find. The breakfast that was served was completely spectacular! And the checkout process was extremely easy as well.

The shampoo and lotion bottles in some of the rooms I booked were empty, making getting ready the next morning a bit challenging.

I enjoyed the room, the beds were comfy and thankful you had a blow dryer. My family and I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning - some hotels do not offer as much as you all did and we were all very thankful for it. The Staff during our stay at night was also very friendly.

The bathroom door didn't lock, however it looked nice.

EXCELLENT staff and accommodations, the entire check in process was easy, quick and stress free, and the room was clean, presentable and comfortable. As a housekeeper myself im usually hyper vigilant about hotel room cleanliness, but this one was fantastic, and definitely worth the price. I felt comfortable and safe the entire stay. Thank you all for all your hard work!!!

The Staff was Extremely Great from the Front Desk to the Server at Breakfast 🥞 Everything was Perfect look forward to staying at the Hampton inn Eastlake in the Future and Also the Homewood suites Eastlake..

The rooms are big , beds are comfortable. Front desk customer service was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was good and the dining area was big .

Need better pillows but over all the property was good .

Location was great, breakfast was great, entire hotel was very clean, seems new.

Hot Tub was soooo tiny, and I don't like that they don't clean your room everyday. Having to go to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper constantly gets old.

The digital door access and the room was sooo nice. Nice customer service. I would come back to and make this hotel my go to when I come to San Diego.

The property was spotless and cozy, with exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast, was warm and enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it
