The property was amazing!! The setting was beautiful! The restaurant and room service food was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Our room was beautiful and spacious. It had a door so you had the option of having an adjoining room. Unfortunately, there is zero sound proofing in-between the doors when you don't need an adjoining room. We could hear everything that went on in the other room.:(

Wonderful resort in Boynton Canyon 10 minutes drive from Sedona. Great staff and service. Nice pool. Very good restaurants in the property. Super hikes from trails just outside the resort. Amazing Miamo spa and fitness center

Air conditioning machine outside the room was too noisy even at night (starts and stops clearly heard inside the room affected our sleep). We kept our in room switched off but the machine outside kept working (may be from the room nearby)

Dinner on the patio on our first night was magical, with ever-changing views of the clouds and hills as the sun set behind us. Our waiter, Matt, was a pure delight (as were all others during our stay). The food was spectacular. From the property, we set out on three hikes and one guided bike ride (shout out to George - he was amazing and a great coach!). Do not miss the gorgeous hike out to Devil's Bridge (the trailhead is a short drive away)! Start early - so peaceful. A bit challenging at the end, but so worth it! We also enjoyed the Trail House and talking to the knowledgeable staff.

We had selected a studio, and occasionally we could hear the children in the adjacent room (there was a door that could connect the two rooms). Next time, we will select a more private room. On the other hand, it was quiet, comfy, roomy, and perfectly appointed with a cozy kitchen, fireplace, and gorgeous, large bathroom - and close to the main building and pool, which added to the convenience and comfort.

Amazing staff, Michelle in concierge was so helpful even before our trip started. The views were epic. Well groomed trails and grounds. Loved the convenience of the golf carts taking you around as needed. Camp Coyote for our 5 year old was perfect and he loved it, great camp counselors (Deb and Colleen were the best!).

The room service food was not good at all, especially for the premium price we paid. We threw most of it away unfortunately.

Breakfast on our balcony, overlooking the red rocks every morning was the highlight of our days there. We really couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views. And the good food helped make it even better! Also, I'm so glad we got a one-bedroom casita for our party of four. It was so spacious, comfy, inviting -- it really felt like home immediately. Also, two bathrooms and a fireplace were clutch. Overall, Enchantment was the perfect weekend getaway with friends to celebrate a milestone birthday in style. From reading and eating by/in the pool to the spa treatments and pickle ball courts to the sunset dinners and fireplace/hot tub laughs, we had the BEST time and are so happy we chose Enchantment for this mini vacation.

Ants in the kitchen getting in our food. There were SO MANY! We told housekeeping, and I think they did their best to clean it up, but I think it might require a stronger treatment to really get rid of the critters. Also, I do wish Enchantment offered shuttle service into town. That would have been a huge HELP. And smart TVs in the room to stream services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO or Hulu would have been great, too!

The staff were excellent. Particularly great were Oscar (server in the dining room) and Tim (drove the golf buggy). The location was absolutely breathtaking. Did two excursions with the Trailing House - both first class. Manu and George were knowledgable, friendly and engaging. Well worth the money and would highly recommend them.

We found the food disappointing. The breakfast was the best meal for us. Found the food around the pool extremely expensive and the quality was poor. Of our 4 nights in Sedona, our room wasn’t made up on one of the days and the following day when we returned from the pool at 3pm and it wasn’t made, I assumed it had been forgotten again. When I phoned reception, I was informed that rooms were made up before 5pm. Never heard anything like this. The room should be cleaned by midday. After a long day sighting-seeing, you want to return to a cleaned room.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Views are beautiful and the hiking right off the property is fantastic. Property is lovely but could use a little updating.

I did not care for the lobby of the Enchantment. A lobby in an upscale hotel should be a lovely gathering spot not just a pass-thru to other areas. The gym was located at the sister hotel just down the road which was not a huge deal but also not the most convenient.

It was hard not to like most everything about this property! The perfect, romantic getaway, lots of activities, and the most beautiful scenery ever!

I did not like how thin the walls were between rooms in the Casitas. Our neighbors were up early, doing dishes and their dog was barking quite a bit. Recommendation would be that rooms that permit pets are in their own separate area of the property.

Beautiful location, very friendly, attentive staff. Hiking trails close by. Loved the amenities in the room, robes,slippers,soaps/lotions,towels all top notch. Food was excellent. Great massage.

Poor Wi-Fi connection for tv. 4 of the 5 days we had no reception. I didn’t like having to request ice thru room service, it took a while to get.

The location was so beautiful and romantic. The view of the canyons was amazing and not obstructed in any way. There are trails to access right from the resort or you can venture on your own into the city of Sedona but you won’t need to. Its honestly better at the resort! There are 3 different restaurants to dine at on the property with a variety of cuisine options and the nicest staff. My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here and we can’t believe we found a place so serene and “enchanting” and we didn’t even have to leave the United States! We will be back for sure!!
