The linens were clean and the thin comforter on the bed was a great improvement on the typical white thin blanket. It was very comfortable. The tv was great and the shades and darkening curtains were great!

I just don't like the bathroom doors. The sliding is fine, but when you slide it closed there is at least 1/2 inch opening on each side of the door. You feel like you have very little privacy. I dropped a pill and it rolled behind the bed. When I reached for it I saw how filthy the backs of the beds are.

Comfortable bed. Clean and spacious. Gym facilities were great. Staff were welcoming and friendly too. I would recommend additional lighting in the room as it was very dark in patches, not easy to work in the room.

The room I was in faced the motorway and it was excessively noisy. This was amplified when the hotel was quiet due to most guest sleeping. Double glazed or triple glazed windows would resolve that issue.

Beautiful, clean, helpful and friendly staff. Pool area was clean and fun, and the heated pool felt very nice! Staff was very friendly and listened to any concerns my husband and I had, which was greatly appreciated :) Staff was also very patient with any questions we had during breakfast, providing a comfortable environment for us! The rooms were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

New, clean, comfortable, quiet, well-equipped (although I didn't use anything but the room -- too cold for the pool), nice guy at the front desk.

Breakfast was $15 -- I seldom spend $15 for dinner, certainly not for breakfast. And I'm always a little concerned about the $50 charge to my credit card for "supplemental expenses." The location off the 101 was OK, not noisy, but I'd never have found it without Google maps on my phone.

Very clean, updated rooms. Great amenities. Allowed furry family members 🐕. Nice location, many restaurants, stores, and the wedding venue we needed. Very nice staff, present and willing to help.

Everything was great

The rooms were very nice and good size. The pool area also very nice and we enjoyed it during our stay. Staff was very pleasant and informative.

That location we didn’t realize it was really near nothing. We had relatives in the area that picked us up to go around and see things. However the one day we stayed at the hotel we had to order out for delivery as there was no eating facilities nearby the hotel did have some items to buy and we did take it vantage of that.

really nice rooms cute contemporary, modern very clean. Has a nice pool sitting area, good snack amenities and nice staff.

can be a little confusing, trying to find your room due to the fact they’re two separate hotels combined into one

everything the location was great were we had too go what I did not like you could not just go too the bar when ever or order food when ever you wanted you had too walk down too next door bar/ restaurant!!!

it was SUPER clean! very nice people great location close to everything we needed by far my favorite hotel in the area! highly recommend

Spacious rooms will all the expected extras like small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Nice towels and bedding.

Had a friend visit for an hour or two with her well behaved dog. Without any notice or discussion I was charged a $75 pet fee on my debit card. I thought this was wrong and underhanded having been given no notice and being charged for a pet that was not staying with us. I called the hotel manager to protest, but instead of being reasonable and removing the charge she gave me every excuse why she could do nothing. The extra charge was almost the cost of what the room would be for another night.
