Days Inn by Wyndham Prescott

I'm very surprised how this hotel is only rated 2 stars, it is so nice and so are the employees, the place is just beautiful!

Clean, comfortable, QUIET, no smell (have stayed in a different place where there was overuse of cleaning products, the smell was overpowering and we both had bad reactions), perfect location for us, breakfast was surprisingly good (dining room person was great), and the staff were wonderful. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful, as was Tyler (day person).

Wasn't something we disliked, just want to mention that the facility is a little older and tired. We were so pleased with everything else that that didn't matter to us, but if you're a person who wants modern and new this may be important to you. (However, I believe Tyler said some units have been renovated - we didn't view those units.) I thought the bed was comfortable but it was too soft for my husband.

We booked a Superior Room and it was excellent, roomy, comfortable bed and spa like shower. Our friends did not have a Superior Room and their room was nice but did not have the same comfort level or spa like shower. The pool, although very small was a nice place to cool off. Breakfast satisfied all of us.

Significant difference in rooms, hopefully they are in the process of renovating all rooms. We got the Superior room because it was all that was available when we booked and we are glad we did, our friends room was nice but the difference in our king room and their king room was very obvious.

Room230 was renovated, great view of the woods. very quiet. parking was easy. very close to downtown prescott. great location. food was consistent for the 3 days we stayed. stations were clean and stocked always. The tables were always clean. food was always the right temperature. the dining area was open and Airey you could eat inside or out with a very pleasant morning view. their was a good variety of food.

the hash browns were not great, often stuck together. i like eggs and bacon or sausage but for three days in row it was sausage and what seemed like eggbeaters not much flavor. they could have alternated with w cheese omelet and bacon every other day or something else. but i would still go back and eat ie

The location was beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the woman serving the food was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't even hear the people staying in the rooms next to us (except when they closed their doors or walked by), which was nice. I liked that there was a grocery store just down the road and we weren't too far from Whiskey Row. Overall it was a great stay.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. I know it's common when staying at hotels but it still makes you feel like you're not getting as clean as you'd like.

The breakfast was better than a conventional continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the pool was heated to 80 degrees. The location is great just south of town nestled in the forest.

I wouldn't change a thing, honestly.

The furniture and fixtures were better than I was expecting. Wood (or faux wood) flooring instead of carpeting was a pleasant surprise. The rain shower head was also a bonus. Really enjoyed the mini waffles at breakfast.

Found out that Verizon cellular service was not very good in that part of town. So the free wifi was a requirement. However, since my room was not in the main building, the wifi signal was spotty. Also, not all the TV channels that were listed on the guide were accessible.

We truly liked everything about this location. We made a last minute reservation and were so happy to still have our requests honored for second floor, quiet unit. The pine trees surround this location and it's very quiet. Very clean, modern accommodations and did I mention the full free breakfast provided? Only about 1.5 miles from the center town of Prescott. We will definitely be back.

I wasn't sure what to expect when i drove.but when i went to check in the lady at the desk was very nice.got my room key.the room was very nice clean and looked to be just remodeled.breakfast was great.had a bunch of stuff.waffles ,eggs ECT.loved the dinning room window that u could look out.deffenitly will stay again.

They are very strict about the no smoking zones throughout the hotel but only allow smoking in one area which is in an unlit gazebo in the parking lot. My wife smokes and it was not a comfortable place for her to smoke as it was usually full of men drinking there. I asked the front desk for another area and they said off the property by the road which is also unsafe. The property should designate a safer place for women who smoke.
