Comfort Inn Green Valley I-19

The staff really make an effort to see that all your needs are met. You can tell by their actions that they truly want you to enjoy your stay. The room was very comfortable, clean and well-furnished. Great location.

I have no complaints.

Easy access from freeway. First floor room clean and quiet. We chose not to take advantage of breakfast, but wanted coffee and they were out of cream after breakfast was over. The manager graciously found more cream for us and offered us fruit/water or other items even though breakfast was over. He also had offered a different room if we were not satisfied. The motel is not new by any means, but it is clean and the staff is extremely accommodating! We would definitely return!

The check-in was easy and fast, the front desk personel was welcoming, efficient and courteous. Comfortable, spacious and clean room with fluffy pillows.

Upon entering the room, it was too warm and had a musty odor. Once AC was turn down, it cooled the room quickly.

Quick check in. They were all prepared for me. Room was great. Huge king bed. The walk in shower was fantastic. Finally I could take a shower on my trip. I totally enjoyed my stay. I used the laundry facilities and it was very clean.

Breakfast was too late for me. I was out the door at 5.30 am as I am a border. They do not cater for birders who need to be out early to catch the birds. It was difficult to find. The sign was so small I drove by the entrance 5 times

The room in general, pillows and the ample built-in padded bench, which was convenient. Front desk staff was efficient, and courteous.

Room was a little warm upon entering with a musty smell. Once the AC was turned down, it cooled quickly.

Didn't realize there was a $30 / night fee for bringing a pet.

The hallways on the 1st floor, South Side need cleaned-up & painted near the ice/vending machine area.

had a issue checking into my room. I had reservations and couldn’t find a room for me. but after a a few minutes I was able to check in a room

Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. Was way better than average motel breakfast .

The price could have been a little lower.

Convenient. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The television operation required you to use two separate remotes, several steps with one remote then switch to the second remote. You had to stand at the TV to do it, so it wasn’t remote.

Breakfast was ok. The usual continental, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels etc. They also had waffles .The room and bathroom were very clean! It was a comfortable room.

The charge for pet stay we thought was too high. 25 per night. We have never paid that high in other facilities we have stayed at.
