Sheraton Anchorage Hotel & Spa

Very clean and very friendly staff, we only stayed for 1 night but felt very comfortable here once inside the hotel. They also gave out free cookies at the front desk which all adds to feeling welcome.

We checked in late and the location is a little walk from other hotels and shops which meant there were a lot of homeless people hanging around the rear of the hotel. They didn't approach us but just made us feel uncomfortable, I understand this is however not the hotels fault and internally like I said the hotel was great.

the breakfast was great lots of variety and the staff were very friendly and helpful, everything else clean the booths were great and comfy

we had a panel in our room come away from the wall and made the main desk aware and they did send someone up but we did have to ring back to ask as we went for dinner and it wasnt fixed when we got back

Front desk service was great. Pretrip and while we were there. Pia was especially helpful.

Food was awful. Tried brucetta for snack in dining room, not thoroughly heated . Breakfast buffet not very good, think eggs were powdered? Barely got service for coffee or water, forgot to ask about ordering omlette.

Our 1 night stay at Sheraton Anchorage was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable on a high floor with a great view. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful and efficient. We arrived early and our room was ready. Didn't have to wait. Dinner at the restaurant was very good with great service.

Wish we had stayed longer.

as much as I paid for the room, I had to pay extra $19 for parking, WiFi was bad, kept disconnecting, they wanted another $10 for stronger WiFi service. No free coffee in the morning for guests. this should’ve been included in the room charges. Let’s be honest, this is not New York Manhattan.

We had a spacious room that was clean. We chose your hotel because of the location to downtown Anchorage and we were able to see what we wanted by traveling on foot. I would definitely stay there again.

A shuttle from the airport and to the train station would have been helpful. We went on a cruise but flew into Anchorage a couple of days early so we could see the city.

Jet leg sucks.. coffee wouldn’t work, I simply couldn’t get up… but you know what!? After feeling those needs abs taking in the amazing view we had, my hunny and I wanted nothing more or less than to lay in that cloud of a bed and veg out. We fell deeper into a peaceful, tranquil, state of mind and the next morning we both commented on how being at peace allows us to let down the stress walls that kept us from letting our hairs down.. anyhoo after breakfast we where so happy and things have been awesome ever since!! 👍✌️🤘🏻

I absolutely Love their beds. They feel like you are sleeping in a cloud. Pillows everything are great!

The only thing that kinda was a bummer is the Ice Spa is not open. It is hands down the most luxurious Spa in all of Anchorage. I looked forward to watching a new movie maybe on demand or buy one, @ the end of the night they don’t have any movie service, definitely not the end of the world .

Spacious room with clean and comfortable bed.

The room was booked with breakfast. But I was told that breakfast not included when check in. After showing staff my booking detail, breakfast vouchers had been issued. 4 pm check in time was bit late.

I liked everything about the hotel, the location and the breakfast was exceptional!

The flat rate in breakfast, I had some fruits and coffee for breakfast and I was charged $25 for the meal. If I had the buffet that was available there then I would understand why I was charged that much.
