I've not stayed in a house (Hotel/B&B), whatever you call them before, normally I would just stay at a hotel so was not sure what to really expect. Being that I am used to simply getting ready and going down for breakfast etc. The place was nice clean and clearly looked after and well-maintained, kind of felt like I was staying at a friend's house. The bathroom was clean and had almost everything you needed with fresh towels and shampoo etc. Fully operational kitchen and it even had a washing machine as well which was a surprise. I probably didn't utilise this room in the way it is perhaps intended but overall it was nice. The bed was comfy and ultimately I got a good night's sleep. Parking around the area seemed ok, but I think as part of my booking the deluxe it appeared I had access to the off street parking which walked straight onto the front door which was nice and easy.

The lock on the room door could have been a bit more modern, by that I mean a code lock where it could be changed from one guest to the next to feel a little more secure. Breakfast options were ok, but there was no milk other than the little sachets for tea/coffee, and its only a personal opinion but the food and drink available for breakfast etc I think it be portioned (as in not a big sharing bottle of OJ) I don't know on face value how long or even if someone would have slurped from the bottle, so as much as I wanted some I couldn't bring myself to have any. if I was being nitpicky, maybe two pillow firmness options but in fairness, it was not an issue, but more personal preference.

The accommodation was one block away from the library and two blocks away from the underground train station and a busy main street. There were many bus lines to choose from. ASDA and Sainsbury's in South Ruislip are a short bus ride away. The room was well stacked with breakfast supplies. The staff consistently promptly responded to my communication.

The stairs can be a draw back if you have much luggage. The size of the room was another drawback compared to another neighbouring property in the same price range.

Location worked for me, the bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and idea for what i needed.

Breakfast was a few pastries in the fridge that did not look appealing nor did they have any dates on them so i was not keen to try them. I wanted to book in before 3 which i had requested but come the day it was a no. Parking was a bit hit and miss as local houses do not all have driveways.

Easy to find and access. Free parking on site. Tube a 5 - 10 min walk, so nice and close. Clean and comfortable. Nice touches like a well stocked fridge. Area was quiet and had a lovely, safe vibe to it.

Room sadly was much smaller than anticipated. I'd struggle to apply the word 'luxury' but as we were only staying one night did exactly what we wanted. Would I recommend, yes - not what I expected BUT fab value for money.

Very comfortable and clean, the staff are very friendly and constantly check in to ensure all is okay. The breakfast provided was very useful. Very good location, only 3 minute walk to the nearest tube station. I definitely recommend staying here!

Slow and unstable wifi

Was well stocked with food/toiletry/cleaning supplies. Very close to train station (5 minute walk) Good security measures in place.

The property has other rooms upstairs and meant sound travelled when other guests were moving around quite late at night, which may not be suitable for light sleepers or those that struggle to get to sleep.

Location was amazing Very secure- 2 sets of combination locks Spacious - good sized kitchen and bathroom

Wifi was very slow Probably needed a desk so I can work off rather than in bed as there was space for a table defo Shower was slow to drain after shower, but they said they would fix

It was in a great location with readily available parking and was walking distance to the tube. Breakfast was great and the place was kept clean.
