Room was large enough, clean, all as expected. Bathroom fine. Nice to have robes and slippers. Looks like the carpet was new. Free and easy parking. Staff were accomodating.

For our taste the beds were a bit too soft. Cant please everyone on that.

The room are really comfortable, clean and large. Great location with plenty of parking. Room serviced daily, water & biscuits left each day, also towers and toiletries given every second-day. Most of the staff was friendly, helpful and kind. One of the waitress was outstanding, she made us comfortable. Made up for the mishaps the day before. She even got fresh pan cakes for our daughter.

Some days the breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, they ran out of food (english breakfast, pastry, juice, nutella, honey). The coffee machine and the toaster broke down. Some of waitresses were grumpy and under stress. Next door occupants were extremely noisy. Despite complaining, nothing changed. It was just children constantly coming in and out of the rooms, and slamming doors. Seems like occupants had a nocturnal tendency to come alive just after 11pm. Shocking from the occupants. Swift action from the hotel would have helped. May just be a one off incident. Don't let this put you off. Hotel was fab!

The room was very spacious and generally comfortable The bar and restaurant were very pleasant venues in which to relax

The double bed was a tad small for such a large, otherwise comfortable, room Why only one dressing gown to share between two people ?

Large rooms with 2 large beds. Normal en-suite facilities. Also had dressing gowns and slippers with use of hairdryer, iron and ironing board should you wish to use them. Free and easy parking. Well located for visiting Plymouth Argyle for the football. It is a few miles from Plymouth centre if that is the purpose of your visit. Reasonable breakfast choices - not sure what vegetarians would eat? Limited choice for evening dining, but a VintageInn not far away.

We stayed on a couple of cold days. on or first night the room was very cold. There is an air conditioning heater unit as you find in most hotels. However, the temperature is set centrally so changing the heat settings made no difference. We left our door key card in the controller even when we went out to eat, but room still cold when we returned. May have just been our room (431) as another friend didn’t have the same issue in their room. The button on one of the shower taps was broken and fell off. This could be an issue if kids were in the room. First stayed in this hotel when it was a ParkInn some 10 years ago. The current beds probably need new mattresses as very “wobbly” No Guinness glasses in bar even at £5.90 per pint!

Was accessible for bus connections. Free parking. Rooms a decent size. Tea, coffee and bottled water fully available

Lots of staffing issues fully apparent. Staff that were there were quite stressed and overworked. Room was not 100% cleaned before hand. A baby’s dummy was on the floor and remained the whole stay. Room was only serviced 2 days due to staff shortages. Food in the hotel restaurant very over priced. Only used once on first night due to not knowing the area initially.

Staff friendly greeting on arrival. Room was large and comfortable. Nice to have a large bed to oneself. There was a problem with staff, so a note was passed under our door saying they would no be cleaning our room, but, they would if we did need it. Must admit l loved the upgrade that was offered, for any extra £38 l was offer a room with 2 Queen Size beds with a breakfast on each of the 3 days we were there. Originally l did not book breakfast at £13+ per person, but then 6 breakfasts for £38+ a no brainer. If you are not a fan of little pots of milk, you could go down to bar and get a jug of fresh milk which you could put in you ice bucket to keep it cool. Get your ice bucket fill at bar whilst you collected your milk.

Some to show you around the restaurant on 1st time. You have various different food points, one for cereals, one for toast and croissants and another for yoghurt and fruits + cooked breakfast. So if you wanted a cooked breakfast with some items on toast like me you may miss out due to toast tucked away around a corner.

Good location, easy to reach and find and ample free parking. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. There is a (Fishbone) restaurant and bar on site which is very good. We had a twin room which was very large with two double beds and en-suite all the facilities you would expect including free wi-fi, television, tea and coffee making facilities, a bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Very comfortable indeed, and a big plus is Air Conditioning as our stay was in July. Would definitely stay there again.

The only minor criticism is that on one evening we had to wait an hour and a half for a table in the dining room, then a further 40 mins after ordering for my food to arrive, however the Cod tasted really nice and fresh when it eventually arrived. The menu is not very sophisticated but what you might expect from a hotel restaunt. The drinks range is not very extensive particularly draught beer (choice of Coors or some pilsner lager I've never heard of before). There are a few different bottled beers available. More choice if you're a Cider drinker. Maybe I'm being a bit picky.

There was plenty of free parking outside, which is why we considered this hotel. The spacious reception area looks lovely, modern & very clean as you walk in. The staff were very professional, efficient & friendly on check in issuing us with a door card each. Great double room, spacious, clean with towels and toiletries all supplied correctly (on 3rd floor). Free tea, coffee, biscuits, water etc no complaints. The room had aircon which was greatly needed as it was very hot outside. There are 2 large lifts, which are quick. There are bus stops nearby which take you into the city (about 20 mins ride). Also plenty of outside seating space to make the most of the lovely weather.

The bar prices are ridiculously expensive. For a large red wine I was charged just under £10 and a cold beer is nearly £7 - we'd expect these prices only in London, not Plymouth. Breakfast is too expensive as well. We went to the Dartmoor Diner a few miles up the road - amazing value for amazing food. The room could have had some hooks on the wall to hang up your coat or cardigan/fleece.

Room clean and comfortable. Hotel happy to look after our luggage until our room was ready as our plane landed in the morning. An Animangapop convention was being held in hotel during our stay but was contained within the public area and unless you actually attended the event you would never know it was being held there. It was great fun to watch the cosplayers and they were so friendly We went to the inhouse restaurant for our evening meal which was served quickly and efficiently and cooked beautifully. A Starbucks coffee shop is very close to the hotel and was a nice alternative to visit for breakfast. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient in their work. One of our party became quite ill during the early morning and the reception staff were great in helping us locate the nearest local emergency hospital and arrange for a taxi to take us there.

The room size for the rate we paid was fantastic! Especially beginning of school summer holidays. The staff were so friendly and really polite and went above and beyond. I booked a room with a bed and a sofa bed due to both children being active sleepers and high possibility of falling out of the bed. Sofa bed was safer option. We were given a room with 2 double beds which was fine but not ideal as we had our toddler who needed a safe space to sleep. We asked if there was a cot available and they did a ring around and found one for us. They were just fantastic! Staff on arrival were polite, staff serving breakfast were cheery and helpful and the staff cleaning the rooms were so considerate and friendly. Will stay again for sure

Standard breakfast was nice, but the baked goods such as the croassants weren't properly cooked. some were stodgy/soggy in the middle.
