We loved our hosts, always careful with our needs and so opened in knowing us .We had nice conversations ,opened a lot of topics so it must be continued at one point . We liked a lot our room, garden view and the peaceful aria. It s just 15 minutes by bus from Oxford but the most important, it s close to the Thames so we could reach Oxford through the path way which is wonderful. There are several local pubs in the aria ,a walking distance from the location which îs a good option if you are to tired to have dinner in Oxford. We had a great stay! We highly recommend it 🤗

Beautifully presented property with great facilities. Our room was spacious and the bathroom and shower one of the best we have stayed in. The breakfast room was a delight and the breakfast offering a great start to the day. Siti made us very welcome and was a great host during our stay, delivering our eggs prepared as requested with a smile each morning. While a suburban location the bus into Oxford is only a few steps away. Great value for money.

Outstanding b & b just about 2 miles out of Oxford. Brian and his team were most welcoming. Room was first class with en suite, TV, fridge etc. It all made for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent, you could order pretty much what you wanted from the menu in any amount! We walked along the River Thames in Oxford. Very pleasant and there are pubs along the way should you require refreshment! There is a very nice pub, The Tandem, which does very reasonable meals and is only a short walk away. All in all a very nice stay in a very good b & b.

The hosts were so nice and welcoming, it was a pleasure to meet them. The place was adorable, clean, peaceful and comfy, I couldn't ask for more! It was easy to go to and come back from Oxford since the bus stop was very close (line 35, two buses per hour approximately). It's also possible to walk along the river if you've got time, it's a wonderful wonderful walk when the sun is out. I recommend this place and I'd definitely go back for my next trip!

If you're looking for 5 star hotel with 5 star facilities pls move on. If you're looking for a no frills, safe, clean and nice environment, then this is the place to be. The hosts were friendly, kind and helpful. Their home is clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is simple but it worked for us. I would definitely stay back here again.

We got the top floor (which is kinda like an attic) so the roof was sloped. We kept knocking our heads at various corners, and we're not very tall. If you're tall I'd recommend you get the rooms at the lower floors. 😂

This b&b is in a quiet location, south of Oxford, easily accessible by car from all main routes. We were able to park in the driveway and take a bus into the city. The owner very kindly supplied us with helpful maps. Our twin room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. A variety of cereals, fruit, toast and croissants were provided for breakfast.

The location was excellent- easy access to the city by bus and also a nice walk along the river. The room was clean, really comfortable and and even had a fridge which came in handy. The breakfast was good and substantial and we were even allowed to use the washing machine and dryer which really helped us out. The owner was excellent - her attention to detail, helpfulness and all round customer service was amazing. We stayed a night in a more central b&b prior to arriving where we spent loads on parking, the service was poor and the price was higher. Would return here in a heartbeat

Location really good. Easy to catch a bus into Oxford. We also walked in along the river which was really nice. Quiet location, no passing traffic. Had use of kitchen at all times so could use this to have a meal in the evening if we wanted to. Breakfast was fine. Stand alone shower which I prefer, rather than one in a bath. Welcomed on arrival and given lots of useful information and maps.

Very friendly reception and very nice hosts. The room though small was cosy and comfortable. We had a twin bedroom with very comfortable beds and mattresses. It was absolutely quiet at night. The bathroom was also very nice, modern and larger than any other on our trip through South-England. A very nice breakfast is served in the morning. To go to Oxford it was very convenient to take bus 35 ( what we would recommend instead of taking the car) but the walk alongside the river Thames was also very charming and takes about 50 -60 minutes. For us it was the perfect place to stay. For all who love the countryside and a quiet neighborhood we can highly recommend this bnb.

Great location for visiting Oxford, the bus stop is just around the corner! What a lovely gentleman our host Brian was, very knowledgable of the area & keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible!!! A clean & tidy house, very well presented in a beautiful nook within Kennington village. Great breakfast with a variety of choices to suit everyone. Highly recommended B&B & I will certainly stay here again upon my return!!! Thank you Brian for being the perfect host!!! 👍
