Everything about this place was amazing I had such a warm welcome from the minute I walked through the door, All staff were exceptional and the landlady Gail, I couldn't ask for anything more. The location, The staff If you are looking for a place that's Comfortable, welcoming, exciting. And you like to feel welcome... this is the place to be I won't be staying anywhere other than here again ( when in Wales that is)

All the staff were friendly and helpful, they gave directions to a safe, free parking area, supplied is with taxi info and even offered to look after our dog while we attended a function.
Nothing anyone can do, but the saniflo system which services the ensuite bathroom was very noisy.

the toilet was very noisy and the unfortunate wasn’t able to watch the tv as there was no remote however the staff did try to look for it just unsuccessful

Very large bathroom, clean and tidy.
Saturday night turned out to be music night. A heavy metal band playing directly opposite and karaoke playing downstairs. Earplugs were a godsend. Welsh people are renowned as good singers. We found all the ones who couldn't sing. The TV was not tuned in or connected to any channels.
