The location is perfect, it is very quiet in the room. Many buses and restaurants are around, which is very convenient.

We made a nonrefundable reservation 2 month earlier than check-in date. But when I recognized that room rates are reduces 40% than what I have reserved than I made another reservation (Refundable) and I call booking com + hotel reservation department to cancel non refundable reservation since hotel cut the prices for same room and same meal plan. I have also sent mail second reservation slip (Cheep one) as proof. But neither booking com nor hotel management accept to cancel my first reservation and they advise me cancel the cheap one. Therefore I recommend DONOT MAKE ANY NON REFUNDABLE EARLY RESRVATION FOR THIS HOTEL.

We stayed at the hotel 9 nights, in a room with terrace. Everything was perfect. The design of the hotel is beautiful and calm, inside and outside the room. The clean service is excellent, they came twice a day. The shower is very spacious and comfort. The bed is large and comfort, also the pillows. Perfect location, close to bus & tube stations, coffee, food and grocery store. Central location but still quiet enough, safe to walk at night. All the staff members were extremely nice and helpful. Special thanks for Ivan, that gave us a lot of good recommendations and helped us with tips for the trip. This hotel is a luxury hotel, we enjoyed it very much and wait for the next time! Everything was perfect

Cozy hotel with perfect location and friendly staff , made my experience in London beautiful . concierge staff very helpful and friendly , service is excellent . I liked having a yoga mat in the room which was much needed after long walks in streets of London. We were given a bigger room than the one we booked upon arrival .

Cleanliness level needs to be higher to suit 5 star hotel , there was dust on shelves , and hidden tiny spaces that needed to be cleaned . cleaning staff needs to be trained more ( for examples , bottles of water were kept along with cleaning tools and cleaners in same box ) .

The hotel is super stylish and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was amazing as were the views from the rooftop lounge

My only criticism is that the toilet in the room was very low, which made it rather difficult to use for a tall person like myself. The website advertised Chromecast facilities in every room but this is not true, although the staff did get one for us to use. Unfortunately it would not work.

The view from our balcony was spot on and the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble :-)

My only complaint is that on our last night, we were looking forward to a couple of cocktails on the roof terrace bar. However, we were surprised to be told the bar was closed (TO RESIDENTS!!) for a private function !! Given that the rooftop bar was the draw for booking this hotel, it was really disappointing :-(

Restaurant staff were amazing,remembered our needs each day

No hair dryer nozzle. Corners of toilet floor not cleaned into corners. No lock on toilet cubicle.

The location was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great.

It was dark. The lights in the corridor were dimmed very much. The lights in the room were not bright either. We asked for a late checkout which the hotel kindly provided but when we got back after the normal checkout we were locked out of our room and our bags were still in the room. We got back into the room and the reception was very apologetic but only to be in the room for 5 minutes when service came and told us we needed to leave the room immediately.

The theme of the hotel is black and white Ying and Yang. The corridor s are tiles black with dim lighting which for myself I found uncomfortable. The reason for this is people lower their voices in a darker atmosphere. As I have travelled and stayed in many hotels certain things should be in place and more so for such an expensive one night stay. I bought the issues to the management and they took it on board. Was given complimentary later check out. Room bar consumption was not charged. Complimentary bag of shower liquids and an apologetic card inside.

The room is excellent with amazing view to Westminster area. The room services are excellent, the staff are supper helpful and professional

There are really annoying sound in the upper floor from my room. I mean i couldn't blame the hotel for some customer's terrible attitude but i didn't have a good night sleep. Besides, the sink design is kinda stupid for me. It is so shallow that water may easily spill everywhere when you try to wash your face. Also, the water couldn't discharge when i used, which is quite terrible and leave bubble and dirty marks on the surface. Have to fix that!!!
