Location was amazing, rooms super comfy and staff very helpful. The room was very clean
The check in process was not super easy as I didn't receive any codes and had to get in contact with the staff. Regardless the staff was very helpful

The location is perfect! The kitchen it just right for a single or double occupancy. The bed is so comfy, and the wardrobe was just the right size for myself and my partner for a few days. Even though it is not manned, the staff were friendly over the phone/messages if we ended up needing anything. Overall, I would highly recommend StowAway as a great spot for those wanting easy access to the city, affordable prices, and for a comfy, cosy spot to come back to after a busy day.
Our front door didn't close fully, so we were unable to lock it at night. But the inner door did lock so we didn't find it too much of a problem. There is no luggage storage. However, there are plenty of luggage drop off point near by

The location was excellent – bus stop nearby and the metro station not far either. Big Ben within walking distance. The room was a good size and, for London, it was relatively quiet. I really liked that check-in and check-out were smooth and contactless. Late check-out was available for an extra fee. The bed was wide and comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The kitchenette was very useful and had everything we needed: cutlery, dishes, kettle, instant coffee, tea, fridge, and even a dishwasher (which we didn’t use). Overall, I would definitely stay there again.
It would be useful to have some hooks in the hallway, as well as in the bathroom. The shower head was a bit faulty and sprayed water from the handle.

I like the room. It was very easy to access from the front door and my room. The stowaway does not have someone standing at the reception; the guest independently checks in. The admin at booking.com helped me a lot in this case. I was literally just walking in as all the information was given to me. The bed is very big, and each side has a charging station.
There is no ventilation or window that we can open. So the smells (e.g., from food) just stay and get stuck inside, and no air circulation. Not really fancy with this.

First, I liked the concept of the space, which is what drew me. I'm into unique stays--and Stowaway hit the spot. If you're accustomed to independent travel and are tech comfortable, then this will be a draw. Even though I never got my code by email or text prior to arrival, Support responded shortly after I hit the intercom button at the main entry. (To be fair, I booked my 2-night stay one night before--so that might have impacted this.) This could be tricky if you're from overseas traveling without local cell signal--then you're sort of screwed. Luckily for me, my international call plan was in place and I was able to receive their texts and emails. They were quite responsive and sent over the codes within 10 minutes of arrival. So that, I liked. The room itself was great and comfortable--I thought it was charming to be next to train, the sound of the train, and to be able to see the street down below. For me, that's better than stuffed up in a hotel--if you're going to pay the same amount. The bed was comfy and the rainfall shower was AHmazing. There's also a Lift, so that was really good. Then most, of all, the location was GREAT!! So many eateries, I mean, duh--you're at Lower March Market.
-I was only there for 2 nights, so I didn't mind not having hooks or more features to hang my towel/clothes. -I wish there were instructions on how to use remote or the apparatus behind the toilet--I do think that was the towel hanging rack that warms up your towel. -Waste can should be placed more accessibly--it was waaaay in the corner, hard to reach. No big deal, I just moved it. -There could have been more waste cans. -In the absence of a reception desk or a human presence, there should be some easy-button concierge chat or number (or obvious, clear and large signage of it)

Great location! Young n vibrant area. Close to all activities we had planned. Good choice of bars, cafe’s n restaurants for relaxing afterwards. Apartment easy to access. Our unit was super clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend. Another bonus point…most excellent bar n restaurant down stairs. I loved the meal I had there. Thanks to the amazing Chef Kev!
There was nothing that troubled us. Some reviews expressed concerns about the locations background noise reaching the apartment but, some noise is inevitable as the apartment is very close to Waterloo Station, hence its name, ‘Waterloo Stow Away’! We noted an occasional distant rumbling during the day only! Small price for the convenience of having rail travel we needed so close. Owner had provided ear plugs, but we didn’t need them.

Location was perfect! 🤩 So Clean 🧼 inside thank you Perfect blackout blind 💤 Sound proofing impressed! Shower was powerful and temp was easily controllable. Great facilities/appliances Comfy bed with lovely clean sheets and the pillows were soft but not too soft. Great view of the London Eye 👁️ Nice to stay in a quirky, clever container structure, very cool 😎 Thanks for a great stay!
The power for the phone charging went off with the light switch, there was a learning curve for this regarding how the room remained with power that could have been explained more clearly, e.g. have a warning label at the switch - I was slightly inconvenienced by an uncharged mobile my first morning which complicated meeting up with a friend, although the coffee shop next door came to the rescue after I had an entry code problem getting back in to Stoaway and had to charge up to get the code off an email. All good fun really!

The room didn’t have curtains! Or we can’t find where we take it off and no staff there to ask about

Location near to Waterloo. Friendly local small shops. A variety of really good food options. We tried two on a short stay which we really enjoyed. Malay and Cuban Local transport options.
Not for me the super soft pillows. The 7.30 repeat email advising a window cleaner will be turning up the week before our stay. For those light sleepers please note that the street has busy lively good weekend vibe. And that the vibration from Waterloo trains may keep you awake.
