Very good value for money Breakfast lovely - extra, but rooms very inexpensive so would expect to pay (although pay for tea/coffee as an extra - would have hoped to be able to have a large pot included in the price) Staff friendly Location (good for where we wanted to be (went to see a band at the pub a couple of mins walk away)

They have a lovely cafe/restaurant but close a 2.30 so unable to get anything to eat that evening No other eateries close by unless you wanted take-away food Location wouldn't be any good unless you were working locally or going to the local pub all night The hotel has a bar - but didn't appear open.

I stayed here for convenience as a family member was having a party in one of the function rooms at the hotel. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. What stood out for me and made my stay so memorable was how friendly and helpful the staff are at this hotel. Special mention to Dawn who genuinely could not do any more to make our stay at this hotel more pleasant. She even took the the time during breakfast to ask how the family party the previous evening went. I was so impressed by such a personalised level of service and I was not expecting this from the embassy. The breakfasts are very nice , having a good selection of vegetarian options too. However, the breakfast was not included as part of our room price.

The hot water tap in the bathroom in our room gets extremely hot very quickly and I think some sort of notice/warning would be appropriate to make guests aware. During my stay some of the slats come loose from the bedframe but they did go back in okay. There was only one lamp and one bedside table in the room- fine if it is just a single traveller but for us a couple this was a hindrance. Also, not being able to control heating in the room, heating is either on or off and requests made via staff. However, staff are very helpful and accommodating with these requests. If little issues like these are resolved this hotel would be much improved.

The location was great for my needs. Clear instructions to get inside. Super helpful staff! (I needed an iron & board and they were happy to oblige) Great value for money. Highly recommended ! A*****

Unmanned / staffless check in is a bit daunting .We were sent access codes etc.but if you lose your phone it could be a real dilemma late at night to check in .

The price is phenomenally good for a start! Lovely room, comfy bed, hot shower, very clean, great location for hitting the road again/getting to central Hull, friendly staff. I really wanted to try breakfast but couldn't stay (they do do takeout) looked amazing though. I liked checking in with codes.

Hmm... literally nothing... I struggled to find the car park but I called up and a lovely lady helped me out.

Everything was to satisfaction apart from slamming of doors on top floor everytime a guest came out and just let the door slam everytime

The location was brilliant for us, abosluetly fantastic staff , so welcoming and friendly and a good laugh. The Breakfast we had was beautiful and fresh and brilliant service all round . Me and the wife both agreed we will be back to stay again , Highly recommend this place.

Nothing that we did not like .

The restaurant does great food at a reasonable price, Breakfast is excellent starting at 6am and allowing you to eat at a reasonable pace and not having to rush to get to work. Overall a great little find with excellent service.

Breakfast wasn’t included but we know other people who stayed and payed same price and they had £8 each breakfast allowance?Not sure what the difference was between the rooms .
