The spacious Garden Room can accommodate up to 3 people, and is located beneath the self-catering barn. It offers a living area and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and an electric kettle. This studio has an en suite wet room with a walk-in shower, grab rails and wide access level surfaces. Guests have access to the garden through a rear exit. Parking is available outside the room entrance. Hot tub must be booked one hour for an hour in advance £10 per person for agency bookings.

The Oriental Room includes modern leather beds and vintage Oriental-style bedside cabinets with marble tops. It offers a double bed, a single bed and a pull out single bed on request.

There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and tea coffee making facilities. The en suite shower room has a heated towel rail and a power shower.

The traditional style Irish Barn offers self-catering accommodations for up to 7 people with quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, and quirky handmade throws.

Each bedroom has a TV.

Secure car parking, hot tub and BBQ facilities are all included free of charge.

There is a jungle gym, slide swing, tree loft and Wendy House for young children and a toy loan box can be arranged. Reading material iPad and DVDs can also be on loan from the property, terms and conditions apply.
