A superb and welcoming place to stay. Our hosts were really helpful and friendly. The room was great - spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable and the fact we could easily adjust the room temperature to suit us made it a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, cooked fresh to order and lots of extras. We thoroughly enjoyed all the home baking goodies too. The location suited us as we could easily walk down into Dundee in about 25 minutes.

The room was of very good size with a lovely big bed and en suite bathroom. The hosts are extremely friendly and the breakfast was amazing. You're even invited to bring a takeaway back and to use the dining room table to eat which is very thoughtful as many B&B won't allow bringing back takeaways. All-in-all the hosts are great, the room is big/clean & warm and the breakfast is more than plentiful. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely go back again without hesitation.

We spent only one night, but we have to admit that owners Fiona and Bryan were very very kind, nice and helpful people; place - it is beautyfull 150 years old house with soul and many facilities for travelling people; breakfast wonderfull everything was so delicious and many things were hand -made; there were really great pillows like at home! Localization is 30 minutes by walk to the harbor; public parking free of charge. We really recommend this place.

I do satisfied with the place but could be little closer to city center nevertheless it was not so big issue to walk.

Fiona and Bryan were very friendly ,informative hosts without being overbearing. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed and bedding extremely comfortable affording us a great sleep. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had - from the homemade compote ,preserves and biscuits to the cooked selection -nothing could exceed the selection or quality ! The beverage selection was also very comprehensive including a pod coffee machine. If desired refreshments were available free ,self service ,in the dining room whenever required . We have never before been offered goodies to take away with us-we could not resist the homemade biscuits and truly delicious Scottish indulgence of tablet-(homemade by Fiona). We hope to return to Dundee again and would definitely stay at Dupplin 152.

This was the best B & B we have ever stayed at. Fiona and Bryan thought of every little thing a traveller could possibly want and were wonderful hosts. The room was large and extremely comfortable. The bed was lovely and the bathroom roomy and modern. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. The choice was amazing and it was cooked to perfection by Fiona who was a chef. We were very sorry to leave Dupplin 152 today and would love to return.

Absolutely nothing

Fiona and Bryan were very friendly and helpful hosts. Spacious airy room. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfasts. This small B&B has only 2 rooms but everything has been well thought out with lots of nice little touches.

It's a bit out of central Dundee, so location is the compromise. But if you have a car it is easily parked right in front of the property (free), and compared to staying in the centre you can spend what you save on parking on a few taxis which are easily booked and plentiful.

Bryan & Fiona are fantastic hosts, very helpful & welcoming. Their property is beautifully decorated, very cosy, comfortable & spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, great for vegetarians with lots of veggie choices on the menu. We stayed at this B&B while attending the Dundee Mountain Film Festival at the Bonar Hall. It was only a five minute drive, but we could also have taken the bus which would have taken us door to door. Hopefully we will be able to return again this time next year for longer while attending the annual film festival. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this fabulous B&B to others.

This is an immaculate home with beautiful appointments. Fiona and Bryan were the most welcoming and generous hosts and our stay felt like we were amongst friends. The room and ensuite were modern and tastefully decorated with an excellent tea/coffee tray. Breakfast was generous and more than anyone could wish for. The house has gardens with flowers and shrubs surrounding it making the views from the windows very relaxing. We cannot recommend this BnB highly enough.

The room was very well done, clean, and comfortable. In room coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and snacks. But Fiona and Brian went over and above to make the stay exceptional. Recommendations on where to eat, check. Need directions, check. Call you a cab, check. Then, to top it all off, a fantastic breakfast, coffee, tea, juices, cheeses, cereal, you name it! Even had smoked salmon! Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

We loved staying in this place. The two hosts were very helpful and extremely nice. The room was clean and everything you needed was right there. The most incredible thing bout this place was the breakfast. There was so much food and it was all homemade. This woman was a chef and you can tell. Everything was absolutely delicious and there was so much of a variety of food. They also have beautiful gardens.
