Breakfast was excellent. Quick efficient service, exactly what I need in the morning before heading off to work. Coffee delivered immediately. Quick service at hot food counter. Sausages, usually a let down in many hotels, were tasty and cooked to perfection. Had dinner in the evening too. The layout of the restaurant is excellent, gives you lots of privacy and minimises the noise. Had the sirloin steak and it was perfect. Will definitely eat there again when in the area.

Room was a bit stuffy......in this warming world maybe some air-conditioning would be a good investment

Great hotel with an excellent location if your doing business in and around the Dungannon area. Really nice friendly staff with superb service. This will now be my go-to hotel when doing business in the area.

No real negative points. Once small hiccup which was resolved within a few hours. I was mistakenly charged twice for the room rate already booked through Booking.com. Emailed the hotel on my return to the UK and resolved within a two hours.

Very happy with this hotel. The staff were very friendly. I stayed here while in the area for work and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area overnight. My room was comfortable and spacious. Good gym and pool setup. I didn’t have dinner there, I’d already eaten before arriving, but was happy with the breakfast arrangements in the hotel.

The rower in the gym needed a new battery for the control panel on it. Not the worst complaint to have!

Lovely hotel, did everything I needed to do during my business trip to the area. Meals were excellent and the staff courteous and helpful. One downside was that I had a room with no outlook and that kind of spoiled things for me. Apart from that no issues and will use this hotel in future.

I really couldn't complain about anything apart from my rooms outlook. The window was frosted and it did let light in but kind of felt that I was in a bathroom! I know there was nothing really to look at outside but frosted glass is not for me!

Best gym facilities I've ever seen in a hotel; a great little pool and spa area too. Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner had vegan options that were excellent.

Aside from a particularly gruff hostess in the restaurant shouting at me while I waited to be sat, nothing. The room was small, but right next to the gym, so was perfect for my needs.

The location was good for our business meeting in Cookstown. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was including in the room rate.

there was very little to dislike about the hotel. The breakfast could have been a bit better with a bit more choice.

We had just driven from Dublin where our room was tiny, old and then got to the Glenavon Hotel. It was better than the photos on the website. We had a huge room with comfy bed and good shower. Everything was clean and we had a nice view of a big river.

Lovely facilities in an idyllic location. Extremely comfy mattress, and amazing show. Leisure facilities were spot on and everyone was helpful.

Would have liked more continental options for breakfast. Limited selection of cereal and juice.

If I had to be really picky and choose anything it would be the pillows. They were very flat and firm, but I didn’t request a new pillow, so they may have been available on request.

Food was excellent and the hotel was very nice.

Room was cold and it was minus 2 outside. The bathroom was warm so could have spent more time in the bathroom to keep warm but just had an early night.
