Bridgnorth hospitality at its best, friendly manager and staff. Everybody is very professional and helpful. Good food, big car park, close to the center, nice location.

Housekeeping staff should focus more on cleaning details like shower hose etc. Small details like this lowering the cleanliness score can be easily avoided so the overall score would be much better.

Stayed for 1 night, very clean and comfortable. Had 2 rooms, spoke to Martin to arrange early check in and a bottle of bubbles into 1 room, very easy to do. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast and great place to eat or drink on the evening. Great location in low town right next to the river and only a short walk to high town.

Not much could be faulted, only issue which is not the Falcons is at night when warm you need to have windows open and then it is quite noisy particularly on a saturday night due to the music near by and fellow visitors. The alley way which is part of the Falcon outdoor seating leads to the car park, which is very handy but also very noisy at night and our room backed on to the alley

A very well-run hotel maintaining a high standard of decor. the property is furnished with quality carpeting and it has a very comfortable and creatively furnished and decorated lounge/dining room. Parking is in a very nearby municipal carpark which has an arrangement with the hotel for free quest parking. The hotel is located in the lower part of the town but only a short walk across the river bridge to the delightful cliff railway for access to the so called High town with its many local shops and small cafes and restaurants. Not having a lift might pose problems for some guests. Rooms are well presented and cosy if a little cramped. There is an efficient heating provision and despite being on the street, the double glazing is very effective. Breakfasts are very acceptable if a little restricted in range. i would not hesitate to return should I need to stay in Bridgenorth. Evening menu focuses on Indian Street Food and is ideal for those who love food from the SubContinent.

Rather steep and narrow stairways but after all this is a converted coaching inn which has retained quite a lot of its character.

That we couldn't check in before 3pm meaning we had to take time out of the wedding we were at to do this. We were anxious about getting into the hotel as it was going to be unmanned after 12 but fortunately someone was still there and did more than needed to assist us getting in, register our car and find our key! Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. Bathroom door lock was very stiff,1 of us did get stuck in! couldn't find anyone when we left to tell them. It wasn't a problem to us but a solo traveller my find themselves stuff in the bathroom!

Breakfast was served quickly while it was still hot, very nice. The room and bathroom had everything you would expect to see in them. there was a good level of cleanliness and the bed was very comfortable.

No real fault of the Hotel however we were staying during a very hot spell and had the window open in our room at the front of the hotel and experienced a great deal of traffic noise throughout the night. Jonathan who I think is the Manager found out that we were staying over for an anniversary and bought us a round of drinks, which was very nice and quite unexpected.

We had a really lovely stay at the Falcon. It's location is perfect for Severn Valley Railway and all the other lovely places nearby. The food in the restaurant is amazing, best Indian food we have ever had. The bar is also a delight with some lovely cocktails and ambience. The staff without exception, were welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfy and breakfast was good and freshly cooked to order.

Just very minor points like the carpet was a little worn on the stairs and tea and coffee in room a little basic. Breakfast choices could be a little more diverse .

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff we were made to feel welcome immediately on arrival, room was comfortable and clean, location in lower town was perfect for us with pubs and takeaways in the immediate vicinity. Bar and outdoor seating area was modern and a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely and the free parking was very handy, we'd definitely stay at The Falcon again.

Room was warm in the evening and being located on top floor we did get a little hot during the night, fan is provided in the room though. It's an older building so we didn't really mind and loved the character of the hotel.

spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. felt very safe in the room overnight on my own has my husband was unable to attend as planned. Had everything you need from a hairdryer, iron, complimentary beverages and safe in the room. Perfect and worth the price for the standards that exceeded my expectations.

The only small criticism I had was the shower lever kept sliding down so would then turn off, and when turning it to the side to stay upright the water would become to hot to shower in. As a result, I had to constantly hold the lever up but the shower it self was powerful and spotless, however, this didn’t distract from my experience.

Good location, free parking, free WiFi, staff quick to solve problem of not being able to open window and we couldn't find the TV remote. Staff bought up a new remote within minutes.

Room 12 that we were in was up some very very steep stairs and being a pensioner I found it very hard getting up them. Also there was a step up into the bathroom which was quite daunting for me, I stubbed my tor going in and nearly fell on the way out.
