I loved that it was in the centre of the city with easy access to wherever I wanted to go. The hosts were superb and so kind and generous. I'm forever grateful to Mary and Steve for their kindness. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They kept my preference in mind for breakfast and they served generous portions. I enjoyed Mary's cooking alot. I'm forever grateful to her for helping me out.

Exceptionally friendly hosts, owners of Brentwood Villa. Nothing too much trouble. Very helpful about places to see, local places of interest. Across the road from the picturesque Old Aberdeen town , and Aberdeen University campus. Very attentive we had a good time at Brentwood Villa, and in Aberdeenshire in general. Great base for exploring Aberdeenshire. Very good breakfasts and choices.

Beside a busy main road. But no noise problems due to good double glazing and secondary glazing. No parking on site, but easily resolved by very nearby and secure free parking.

Mary and Steven are wonderful and amazingly friendly hosts, that give good advice on where to go and are generally very pleasant to chat with. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed having some tea or dinner in the breakfast room as well. The room was very comfortable. Having its own sink, I didn't even need to go to the bathroom to brush my teeth or get some water. There was also a small table in the room where I could comfortably use my laptop.

I haven't got any complaints, it was a splendid stay.

Steven the owner is very kind, he send us the confirmation time of check in, guide us the parking location. we came late at 7PM, he open the front door with smile, Clarify us the breakfast we want and advise us the menu suitable to our need-HALAL food (as we are moslem).. 1st class service... Location is just Infront of the Aberdeen University main gate... Other shall consider in their option when visit Aberdeen city...

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great, with just the right amount of choice for us. The location was fantastic, so close to the university. It was great to be able to leave our car parked while we walked to most places.

Beware, the hot water gets very hot! It took us a while to get the radiator controlled to our comfort level.

Delicious, homemade breakfast. Amazing room with super comfy bed. The hosts are the friendliest, most accomodating people I have ever met! I got sick during my stay and the hosts helped me get a doctor's appointment and even helped me to get to the doctor and also drove me to my next accomodation. Thanks for everything! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Aberdeen next time.

The hosts were fantastic, Steven and Mary were very welcoming and provided an excellent service. Excellent choices for breakfast, which was very tasty., Always happy to help within the local area and respectful to all guests that were staying. Would definitely stay again.

A good half hours walk from the city centre. Very busy road; the house shook whenever a bus passed, Very friendly host and good breakfast.

A bit tired and in need of redecoration. Very noisy doors with squeaky handles. Burst drain pipe outside my bedroom window splattered water noisily when it rained.

Am writing on behalf of my 16 year old son, who stayed at Brentwood for a diving competition. He was looked after so well during his stay and could not say a bad word about it. The owners even cooked him breakfast at 6.30am so that he could get to the pool for 7.30am. Incredible service and something we did not expect!

Absolutely nothing!

The owners were really friendly and happy to help where they could. The breakfast offering was good and the room had everything we needed.

The decor is tired and old great for a couple of nights to explore the city but not for a longer stay. Could do with a refurb
