location is nice , breakfast ok

Noise from outside, cold pool , unfriendly breakfast Chef, risky children swing area (rusty swing chain- can snap anytime), unclean basement parking

beach soo neat and clean superb and the receptionist to all staff security was very helpful i do request for early check in cause of our flight and long journey they was great in arranging for us thank you all

we had meal from outside i try to contact room service they didn't pick up, soo i call to reception to ask that can i get some cutlery if you have room service receptionist said he will send someone , we are waiting for 30 Minutes no more expectation we did not get any cutlery this is not acceptable 😑

The room was clean and big, aircon is not loud, working wifi and nice buffet on breakfast. I was able to sleep well. Bathroom was equipped with shower gels for body and head. Also there's a nice clean private beach in the front of the hotel

There were many brochures about spa and massage services in the room, however it wasn't mentioned that these services should be scheduled via a call or visit a reception, which is a bit frustrating. Also there was a slight tobacco smell in the room like someone was smoking here before. The buffet had nice hot fresh pancakes, however there was only one type of syrup. Guys, it won't cost much if you add another type of syrup, chocolate for example, it will make people much happier. And overall, the stuff doesn't smile at all, everyone is so serious.

We enjoyed in the beach and it was very clean and calm to enjoy with the family. Rooms are big, comfy, colorful and very good sea view from balcony.

Staffs could have been little more attentive.

Very happy with our stay. Big rooms, great private beach and very professional staff! Our AC had some problems, when we told the night shift they gave us a new room and moved all our luggage (5 big bags) in the middle of the night. After 3 different hotels in UAE in 6 weeks, I have to say that some of the other 5 star hotels have a lot to learn from the staff at Sahara, especially the night shift, we are very impressed! In conclusion, we are definitely coming back!

Only one beach towel per person.

location is really awesome, I had a Royal suite room where the view was really awesome , Also the beach was really beautiful

the SPA , massage , weren’t working, no any cafeteria inside the resort also the hotel Resturant offers only breakfast , there should be other restaurants we were struggling to have food there

I wanted beach access for my kids and it was there, the room was very spacious, the staff were very polite, the items in the breakfast were limited but good except the juice. It was truly value of money.

The hotel has very less staff, the building was old. The hotel is definitely not 5 star but fits somewhere in 3 star category.

room is good, clean, and big beach is good as well we always come in this hotel because of beach location and pool is good too staff are nice.

breakfast just experienced not so good treatment but I understand if they have procedure to follow we always choose Sahara and surprisingly first time we asked for ice cubes and they asked to pay

Food- Only Continental. No Asian/Indian Buffet- Less said about it better. Not befitting a Five Star Resort. Fruits and Vegetables are not fresh but appeared to be tinned Food. Mainly Beef was served. Much to improve on this front. AC Was not working or upto the mark.

Nice location and great facilities and nice services by the employees. Prefer to friends to travel and relax beach resort!
