Beautiful property with a kid friendly activities and private beach. Very friendly and helpful staff and great buffet breakfast along with restaurant choices.

Only one small item to mention is that there are a lot of people after 9 am at breakfast which creates long wait times at popular stations like eggs, pancakes, etc. Better to go as early as possible.

Our room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic golf course view. The staff are, without exception, super friendly. Our special thanks to Mr Ramon who looked after us well throughout our stay. The breakfast was reasonably good. More variety would have been better. We had dinner at the Lexington steak house. The steaks were magnificent and the service was equally impressive. We are attend by Mr. R.J. who was very professional and friendly. The Kids Club was also very good although our kids preferred to play at the beach. The beach is massive, clean and nice. You can order drinks and food and they bring them to you at the beach which is fantastic. We also had drinks at the pool bar. The staff were nice and the service was flawless. The Christmas shows were also entertaining. A big thank you to everyone at Waldorf Astoria for this wonderful experience! We look forward to coming back soon!

None of the bars was open after 11pm. It’s time to switch to Smart TVs. The ventilation in the bathroom was not good.

This is probably one of my favorite hotels here. The stunning lobby and entrance, spacious interiors and courteous staff made this an amazing stay and memorable experience. The hotel faces the sea with an extravagant outdoor area including lounging areas, gazebos and beach access. All the dining options I tried, Sunset Lounge, Umi and Qasr Al Bahar, were amazing with consistent service and food quality.

One of the double bedrooms I was offered had only a partial sea view. I would have appreciated full views for both rooms given the premium prices and otherwise fantastic service I received at the hotel.

I decided to chose the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah for myself and my husbands very first wedding anniversary. I put this information in my booking note and upon arrival was delighted to have been treated with a room upgrade. Additionally our room was decked out with some beautiful flower petals on the bed and even an anniversary cake which I felt was very touching. We only stayed for one night but I wish we had stayed so much longer! The room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The bathroom was beautifully decorated black and gold and the bathtub was spacious. We used the pool facilities which were also well maintained. Was disappointed that the pool bar was closed due to covid but I can understand why. We ordered some food to be delivered to our sun beds and this was fast and efficient. The food was hand delivered and tasted excellent. Later in the evening we decided to sit by the fountain and have a cocktail to celebrate. We sat whilst listening to a very talented lady play beautifully on the piano. This experience was wonderful. For dinner we went to Umi restaurant and was served by Nagesh who was attentive and friendly. The food itself was incredible and the atmosphere was very romantic. Was a wonderful end to our day. Breakfast the next day was also lovely. There was a great variety of different things to eat. The coffee was excellent and decorated with a swan pattern which was a nice touch. The manager gave us free mimosas which made us feel special. This was a lovely gesture. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Waldorf Astoria RAK for the most memorable stay.

There was a lot of sand in the pool. The pool bar was closed.

The hotel's revamped entrance, welcoming staff, and accommodation of unconventional arrival times made for a pleasant stay. The spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms added to the positive experience. Culinary delights, including a standout breakfast spread, were complemented by a delightful open area pianist. The poolside staff, alongside a team providing shuttle service on golf carts to and from Al Hamra, were excellent, offering great service and delicious cocktails. This, combined with the overall blend of comfort, hospitality, and culinary excellence, and the charming ambiance, contributed to an enjoyable stay.

Despite the enjoyable food, concerns arose regarding value for money. The reservations team exhibited inconsistency and lacked uniform awareness, leading to variations in taxi pricing quoted by the concierge. This potential confusion highlighted a need for improved communication and consistency.

The hotel is spacious, clean, with many facilities to suit everyone in the family. what impressed us the most was the efficiency of service while the food was of fantastic quality. we loved the kids pool with the slide and the paddling area for babies. the pool bar was also excellent. temperature of the pools was spot on. all staff were friendly and prompt. the attentiveness was excellent.

There was no option to leave a child under 4 in the kids club. This is offered in many hotels these days and was disappointing. More activities outside with the kids club would also be a good idea when the weather permits and during our stay it was easy for all activities to be outside. Another thing that was tricky was the fact that you need to book restaurants for dinner several days in advance which is impossible to know before you arrive. kids were very disappointed to have missed out on the cooking demonstration from Umi.

The staff is amazingly polite and helpful, always smiling and willing to accommodate requests. Temple who assisted us by the pool was extremely efficient, always smiling. Violetta at the reception desk was very helpful with restaurant bookings and a late checkout. The room was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. The facilities are beautiful.

Excellent location. Superb facility. We went for 2 days during EID break. There was rush but not that much. Checkin was smooth (Thanks to Michelle) and they allowed us for early check in. Room was specious and enough for 4 adults. Balcony opening to pool and ocean view was fantastic. Breakfast with wide spread (good vegetarian options) available. Housekeeping done twice a day with replacement of supplies. Pool was very clean and maintained with water temperature. Attached beach is having good water sports activities (However it is very costly) and nice sunset view. Hospitality crew all are well behaved, polite and ready to help. Overall it was a great experience.

Since room was specious for 4 adults with two queen beds, AC cooling was a little issue.

We had the pleasure of staying in the junior suite with a breathtaking sea view and a charming balcony. The elegance and beauty of the entire property were simply awe-inspiring. However, what truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They were impeccably trained, exuding warmth and professionalism at every turn. Their attention to detail and unwavering commitment to ensuring a memorable stay made all the difference. In particular, I must commend Sarah Suktamjai and her team for their outstanding service. Their friendly and attentive nature made us feel genuinely valued as guests. From providing helpful recommendations to promptly addressing any inquiries or requests, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Aside from the stellar service, we also relished the delightful amenities offered. The swimming pools were a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the meals provided were a culinary delight, surpassing our expectations with their flavors and presentation. We wholeheartedly recommend this haven of hospitality to anyone seeking a remarkable getaway.

Despite a minor inconvenience, I must commend the hotel staff for their swift and dedicated response to address the situation. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. However, the hotel staff took immediate action and spared no effort in rectifying the issue.
