From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly receptionists who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude set the tone for a delightful stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the impeccable cleanliness. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the housekeeping team. The hotel was very accessible and value for money even during the peak season at Dubai. We like that the room was kept clean everyday by the housekeeping. We were also assisted by Ms. Danica at the front office who was very helpful and made the check-in seamless. She’s very professional and also suggested some activities we can do in Dubai during our stay.

We hope there would be more restaurant options in the lobby but not super big deal. The Red East restaurant was also good.

The hotel is quite new so it makes the experience already better. It's like a complex of 3 Kingsgate hotels so be sure you come to right one (; Staff was nice and pleasant. The room was quite small but equipped with all necessary things for short stay. Room was clean and pleasant, bed comfortable. Parking a little bit tiny so can happen that it could be full when you enter. Breakfast is served in the hotel next to it, close walking distance. Not too rich choice but pleasant, clean and satisfying. Location is new and many construction around but clean, quite and pleasant.

Small parking and quite hard to move around there if it's full. Not sure where you would park if all places are taken.

The location is great , peaceful area , 20mn from the airport and 1hour ( by metro) to down town Nice promenade along the canal 2min away ! The hotel has 1 restaurant and you can also have meals in the 2 restaurants of the "grand Kingsgate hotel" located just behind ! The staff of this hotels chain are all very helpful

No wardrobe in the room but it was fine for me

After a long time I went to this hotel again. I find a family atmosphere in this hotel. This time I was quite disappointed but everything worked out fine in the end. Security Manager Mr. Salman sorted out everything. I hope so. no one can ask personal questions about me and my friend, the staff has no right to ask personal questions, which is not right at all. I work in hospitality. Once again I thank Salman.

I like the location , is super clean here , the staff are super nice and friendly , near the jogging area . I had some issue with AC in the room so manager solved the problem and gave me upgraded room with a view . The service here was awesome !

There was fire alarm at night and nobody was answering the phone.It was bit annoying that you have to wake up at middle of night and go down to ask if it’s false alarm.

For the price I paid, this hotel was absolutely worth it. I needed a place to stay for an event I had to attend the next day, very clean room and bathroom, and the facilities provided were just great. It had everything a 3-4 star hotel should have, and I felt that I made a good decision by choosing Kingsgate. The staff were very efficient, kind and helpful. They checked me in quickly, and they really enhanced my whole experience. I'd say again, absolutely worth it.

I feel the in-hotel restaurant options were quite poor. They had a great variety of food, but not something I'd recommend. The quality of food served by the restaurant was not up to the mark, could've been better. For some reason, the pizza I had ordered was not a freshly baked pizza, but instead it was a frozen pizza made in the microwave. After all, I only ordered this because I did not want to go down to the reception to collect my deliveries. Anything ordered to the hotel needs to be collected downstairs. Another thing that I feel is missing is a bar, they could've easily accommodated one.
