- Excellent location; - Friendly, polite and professional staff. They spoke English fluently. They are a credit to the people who hired and trained them; - Spacious, well-lit suite. Two balconies with nice views; - Room was spotless. Daily cleaning available when necessary, with complimentary beverages also being restocked. Special mention must be made to David; - Complimentary hot and cold beverages; - High quality complimentary cosmetics including hair conditioner and body lotion; - Fast, free Wi-Fi; and - Very good breakfast buffet, with Italian coffees and omelettes offered a la carte. Special mention must be made to Arbab, he always greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of.

We had a mini suite with Sitting room and bedroom, both were, large clean and comfortable. ALL of the staff were polite, friendly, curteous and helpful, especially Eesi who delivered my wifes breakfast to her every day, as my wife has issues with using lifts and the breakfast restaurant was on the 15th floor. Breakfast was more suited to regional guests rather than westerners, but I always like poached eggs and toast anyway and this was cooked to order. Still there was a good variety and plenty of food available. Reception was great on arrival even showing us two rooms to ensure that we were happy with the location and considering the noise we may have encountered from the 3rd floor bar. Valet parking is available you just have to ask for it, pay for it and the guys do the rest, you can park yourself as long as you make sure it is public parking and not residents parking, can be a bit hit and miss if trying to park after 1900 hrs. There is a large public car park 5-10 minutes walk away the other side of the Sheraton hotel, parking is cheap at 15 dirhams for 24 hrs. Ideally located for all main routes and all malls were a short drive away. Considering how cheap and available taxis are in Abu Dhabi, you are probably better off leaving the car parked and taking one. The hotel does not have a pool, but you can buy access to the Sheraton pool and beach, which is just across the road, for 40 dirhams. They also can you give you access to the Soffitel which is also just across the road. You just need to ask and pay ar reception and they give you an access card. There are launderies close by, if you don't mind taking and picking up your washing yourself, you can save between a third and half the price of what the hotel charges

We were super happy to choose this hotel, it met all our expectations! Room was clean and cleaning was daily if needed. Utilities were all in place in a good conditions, very good set of shower cosmetics, good quality. Breakfasts and diners very very good, we were only missing simple fried eggs for breakfasts, otherwise the choice was quite good. Hotel staff was so welcoming, ready to help with any questions or give advise about places to visit

Nothing to say here. We were afraid of loud music on weekend from the club on lover floor, but we were not bothered at all with this during our 8 days stay. We had a room on 10th floor

All the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. I had read reviews just before coming about the noise and the bad cigarette smell in the non smoking rooms and I adressed my concerns at the reception when checking in as I was travelling with a small child that still naps in the afternoon. They gave us a nice apartment on the 11th floor, no issues with the music whatsoever. Thank you Regrading the rest of the reviews that scared me :) ... indeed the carpet, the chairs/sofa would benefit greately from a deep cleaning, but our sheets and towels were spotless and they changed them daily, at one point I asked the lovely cleaning lady to leave the sheets as she had just changed them the day before. It may not look like a 4 star hotel for european standards, true, but the staff, the tastefull design and the location, give you a great value for your money. I would revisit. And special thanks to the kitchen staff who I understand made an exception with letting us take some food in the room for my todler as he wouldnt eat there for breakfast and was making a fuss.... All were nice and welcoming at the restaurant too. Hard working people. Thank you for the experience.

I enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center. The staff's warm hospitality was evident from the start, with a complimentary room upgrade due to full occupancy. Throughout my stay, the team, especially Mr. Imad provided continuous and enthusiastic assistance. A very warm and special thanks to Mr. Mannan for going out of his way at no cost to help me iron a shirt that i really needed for work, even though it wasn't a standard service. Thank you so much Mr. Mannan.

While the staff's friendliness stood out, there were a few minor drawbacks. Parking wasn't included, and I had to pay for public parking. The room balcony was very dirty, and general room cleanliness could be improved. Additionally, the Fish & Chips from room service fell short in quality. Despite these issues, my overall satisfaction was high, and I appreciate the staff's kindness. I look forward to returning. Thank you to everyone who made my stay enjoyable.

The location was excellent.. Even though it’s in the city center it’s quiet so you don’t hear any loud noises at night so you can sleep peacefully.. there’s a grocery store only few steps away from the hotel.. The valet parking was really convenient at a rate of 25 Dirhams per day.. the valley staff were really quick and efficient.. The hotel staff in general from the front desk to the valet to the housekeeping were extremely nice, friendly & helpful. I have a special needs child and they did everything they could to be helpful and accommodating to our needs.. It was a really good value for money..

Nothing to complain about

Good value for money and I had really appreciated the chsnce in having check in at 5 am. The room/studio was huge, clean and very comfortable, with many facilities as small kitchenette, boiler and washing machine as well. The bed and matress were very confortable and the view from 12th floor was stunning. The receptionist staff has been helpful anytime I needed them. I had the chance to enjoy an extra dinner buffet in the hotel, which was good and also cheap price

Boiler was not working

The hotel was nice, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, they even offer a service to park your car and bring it when you want to leave. The facilities of the accommodation were good, you even get a toothbrush :). Washing machine, safe etc. If you are lucky you can see the sea and sunset from the balcony. Overall I can recommend the accommodation. The hotel also has restaurants, bars and wellness facilities.

Only "stupid" TV, for a few dirhams you can get a Smart TV Box with Netflix etc. Overall, the hotel is older. For example, our room has been renovated which means you'll find paint drips on the floor and carpet, unfixed TV wall with mirror, dirty windows. The bathroom is well equipped but already looks quite old. In the kitchen there was an induction hob and a kettle, the equipment ends there. You won't find a single pot, pan, cutlery, knife just nothing. So there's no point in paying extra for a kitchen.

Our recent stay at the hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The service provided, including Muhammad's attentive care on our 11th floor, was exceptional. The breakfast food was delicious, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I also want to express my gratitude to the hotel for accepting deliveries from Amazon during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, great amenities, and convenient location. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

No swimming pool :(

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the array of facilities added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Conveniently, there were restaurants just 10 minutes away for late-night snacks. The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

There was misleading information about the pool. Despite being listed, it was off-site and required booking for access, a detail I wasn't informed of before booking. This unexpected inconvenience took away from the overall experience, and clearer communication would have been appreciated.
