The timing for sea swimming and beach start at 10am to 7pm, after that it’s not allowed even to walk at the beach! So what I suggest is the beach timing should be 24/7, I mean who doesn’t like to walk at the beach at early morning and enjoy the view and weather or practice sport? Furthermore, the sea spot that located in the front of “Private Villas” is not allowed to use for swimming! which we have to walk to the main sea spot that allowed for the swimming, which I see it’s a restriction and no privilege for people who stay at the “Private Villas”.

The service was just exceptional. Every single staff member I came across was smiling, happy & polite. Every one went out of their way to assist me & all the staff looked genuinely happy & positive. It was a wonderful energy; they have a great team. Other details that impressed me - swift & easy check in (I was early, and they gave me a room without even mentioning the time), and I was also able to get late check out - again, no issue at all. A complimentary fruit bowl was delivered to my room. The pool staff were excellent with recommendations & checking my meal was as I wanted; they also gave complimentary tasters around the pool, which was lovely. Whilst on the food - the buffet dinner was extensive & delicious. A huge selection of cuisines, attentive staff, live music, great ambience. Very reasonable price too, as was breakfast. My breakfast was al la carte (I was traveling during Ramadan), but the staff made sure to serve me a feast - nothing was too much trouble & everything done with a smile. Very impressive. The hotel itself is new, so is very clean, modern with beautiful decor. Has a high-quality feel. Loved the style of the bedrooms, and the bed was large & very comfortable. The pool & beach - beautiful. White sand, gentle waves, perfect for swimming. Great cocktails & food - recommend the Zaatar & honey flatbread! Spent two days relaxing here & enjoyed it very much. Finally - a special mention for the gym! I have been in many gyms around the world & Ertizan is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The range of equipment is phenomenal. Clean, modern and again, excellent service from the staff. The sports facilities are top notch. I absolutely loved my stay, and already looking to come back. I wanted to relax alone for a couple of days & it was the perfect spot to do so. Thank you to all the staff - you are wonderful.

The look of the hotel was the first thing that attracted me to book our weekend stay here with the kids - it looks like a spaceship. The simple, clean interior design is super cool. The pool is amazing. Fitness facility is great! The toiletries are great.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! Erth is an exceptional concept resort that truly makes you feel in harmony with nature. The design is stunningly aesthetic, with an incredible focus on detail that's evident everywhere. The room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The outdoor pool was spectacular (and quiet too!) And, the hotel staff were outstanding. From the first moment, welcomed by Shalini, to my departure, I felt genuinely appreciated. The reception team was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Jerome and Monu were diligent in keeping everything immaculate, checking in regularly to ensure I had all I needed. Vimukthi's friendly greetings and pleasant conversations by the pool were a delightful way to start the day. Enjoying the pool activities run by Douglas was loads of fun, and the lifeguards were fantastic as well. They've recently unveiled Ergon, a new restaurant with a sea view. The staff there were also wonderful, and I particularly enjoyed my chats with Pawan. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not your usual holiday resort, but a place where you feel pampered all the time. Spotless clean, amazing services, any request solved in no time. The breakfast options were basically unlimited. The pool club is big, also with options for small children. Usually is not crowded at all, even during the weekends, while the beach has a perfect white sand. There are plenty of sport facilities like indoor pool, gym, squash and the compound is huge perfect for a morning run.

The only inconveniences are maybe the distances between different facilities and the size and view of the beach, which is very cosy, but small and facing a water canal, no the actual sea. Also the architecture of the whole place makes you feel more like in a training camp not in a holiday resort.

Location is great for Sheikh Zayed Great Mosque Visitors. On-site facilities are enough to make you feel that you are in a cool and tranquil resort away from all the city hassle but still short drive to airport and city centre. The beach and poolside water, landscape, plant and birds nature as well as facilities are great. Their clubhouse facility is like a museum with restaurants, gym and indoor pool. Clean, neat, and well decorated newly refurbished rooms with cool lighting scenarios, king-size bed, big L-shape sofa, adequate bathroom amenities, big TV screen with 100 channels, Nespresso machine and generous tea and coffee with complimentary bottled water. Hotel staff are trying their best during their soft opening to serve you right with a friendly and warm smile from fast check-in to late check-out thru housekeeping, room dine-in to all their food restaurants, cafe, bar and pool area. The best! We have tried all their food outlets (poolside, cafe and bar, buffet restaurant and room dine-in) and all food was authentic, tasty, hygienic and money value. They are catering specialists and this is clearly reflected in their in-house food!! Hundred Thumbs-up!!

Thé hotel was far better than we expected. Staff were friendly, facilities were very new and the surrounding area was beautiful. Thé breakfast was exceptional!

Our only small issue was that our hotel room was on the ground floor near to reception. Unfortunately, lots of families appeared to leave their small children with their nannies and they used this area as an informal kids club so it was a little loud. More of a parenting issue than the hotel’s issue
