The location to the strip was excellent.

I don’t like rooms that open to street. Just my preference

It was very clean and the service was excellent

The location is in a sketchy location. It’s near strip clubs, adult bookstores and toy shops. So definitely not recommended for kids in my opinion. We’re an older couple and we’re not offended

Affordable, clean, comfortable beds, great pool, aircon worked fine

There were groups of men hanging around the area, so we felt a bit unsafe (2 girl travellers here) but that was only the first evening, didn't see top many the next day/night. Possibly would not recommend for a solo female traveller.

The rooms looked somewhat the same when I last stayed there. It still had the upgraded look.

The thing I didn’t like was that they put on a weather strip without informing us or measuring the weather strip correctly. When first checking in I did notice a large gap on the bottom of the door and the door opened fine. The door would not open when we got back to the room after attending an hockey event. We got back later and the key unlocked the door but the door only opened 2 inches. We closed it thinking it was something else and tried again so we had to pull the door a little harder and the weather strip came off so we knew that it was because of that, that the door could not open. Other than that my stay was good.

I loved that the property from the outside looked like it perhaps wasn’t up to par! but as my mom always said it’s not where you live it’s how you live. The staff was very accommodating and the room was so nice I took pictures because I wanted the furniture in the room. I did have to hike all the way to the 3rd floor because the elevator wasn’t working but I’m a young whipper snapper so it’s wasn’t that huge of a deal. they had security walking the property so I felt my car was safe even though the signage said to take all you belongings. there’s a Boston pizza place within walking distance had that old east coast pizzeria vibe and the people were friendly. it’s a different vibe and you have to understand the energy to feel that vibe. I personally felt right at home.

Walking into a 70 degree room when it's 110 outside feels heavenly. I got the best night of sleep ever and the pillows were perfect. Location is great, I even walked to the strip from the hotel. The walkway offered a very nice view of the city and the staff were friendly and happy to help. The best part was that this was literally the cheapest place I could find in the whole city that wasn't a hostel, booking the night before my stay, so my expectations weren't high.

The pool was closed when I wanted to take a swim at 6:30 in the morning.

It was clean and comfortable… I enjoyed the look and the style of the property… sometimes it’s more about the nostalgia than the location… I stayed with a friend there was plenty of space for us to enjoy our own areas. We went for Halloween and it was decorated and sporting the mood. It was a bit cold so I didn’t use the pool, but the pool area was clean and looked nice. I would stay again if I needed just a cheap get away from the Bay.

I did not rent a car so I had my luggage on foot. I arrived at an earlier flight and knew they charged a early check in fee that felt outrageously high.. so I waited. They are firm about the 3pm check in and don’t have any people at the counter at 3pm when it felt like everyone came to check in.

Front desk receptionist was very helpful straight to the point amazing personality greatly appreciate her time and patience. She explained OK all the rules work and had a great personality good nice friendly and very helpful. Oh, I would definitely return back to this location with the great experience that I had, especially because the front desk receptionist, it was amazing

There is nothing bad to say about this location at all other than the dark parking towards the back area was one of my concerns, but other than that no negativity

The staff were very helpful with questions, even newer staff were kind and considerate. Despite the shortage of staff the place didn't feel unorganized or in disarray. Our room was very clean and definitely made me and my girlfriend feel very fancy and pampered.

It would've been nice if our specific room deal had free breakfast. The location, at least at night, felt kind of scary. We weren't sure if our door was locking properly until we both tested it out to make sure.

We only stayed 2 nights on a 3 week tour of USA but it was great. We used the Pool on day 2 which was quiet. Rooms were a decent size and clean, they even cleaned & changed our towels after our first night which was unexpected. We walked to the main part of the trip the first night and got an Uber back. Can be done but even at 8pm it was a humid 30c!

Rooms could have done with a proper ceiling light as they were a little dark even with the lamps provided. Other than that we would definitely stay again.
