SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Henderson

Called ahead and the person on the phone was helpful, upbeat and bubbly. When we got there the front desk was nice and accommodating. The rooms were nice, comfortable and everything the website promised. The included breakfast was better than I expected. A variety of juices on tap, eggs, sausage, French toast, cereals, Oatmeal, muffins, fresh fruits. Oh and coffee for my coffee drinkers. I was very happy with my stay here. I will be back.

Clean, bed's comfortable. Room was large, shower was amazing.

I reserved a room with a king size bed, I was told the handicap room with 2 queen bed was what was reserved, and all the registration lady said it's final. TV extremely small, and in a bad place if you sat on the couch. Pool under construction, ice machine not working, or no ice and it was extremely hot.

The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Hot coffee and breakfast each morning was a plus. This property also has free high speed internet for all guests. The parking lot was well lit and safe and exterior doors needed key card access from 10 PM - 6 AM which was an extra layer of safety.

Parking on the property is $15 per night. Many other similar hotels in the area do not charge for overnight parking.

We stayed here for three nights. It was close proximity to my daughter and we didn't want to stay on the Vegas strip. The hotel was quiet at night which was great. The staff was friendly and took good care of us. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to find decent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

It would have been perfect if there was a shuttle to the airport.

The rooms were nice and clean. They were also a nice size to accommodate two families who got caught in a sticky situation in which they really helped out. They really helped my family survive a two week disaster but helped keep the children entertained by having a resource to a pool, provided a for filling breakfast everyday and accommodation to store and reheat food.

The down side is how the sticky situation occurred so make sure reservations are completely taken care of when using a third party. As well as the hotel actually accepting such accommodations regardless of what the website says. In addition, make sure to read and check for other payments due outside of the final cost in booking

The property was very clean and the rooms very spacious. The air worked fine especially for the hot weather that week. The breakfast was very good! Lots of options and plenty of coffee and juices. The hotel allowed my dog which is great! The stay was very comfortable and the hotel is very clean.

I was unable to find the pet relief area. I did not ask because I didn’t see anyone at the counter the first time I walked him out. I just took him to the parking lot and didn’t bother with it. The pool was closed but they did offer the hotel across the way which is not convenient.

When we arrived about 10 pm with kids to the hotel, we were told by Manager that our room AC broken and no extra room for make up. He tried to find two rooms in the sister suite across the street and would only charge us one room. Thanks for the manager, or we have to rebook another hotel during night time!

The staff were so amazing!!! Went above and beyond to make my families stay so awesome. They were so kind and so informative and smart. We All want to say Thank you!!!

Honesty I have nothing bad to say!!

The staff was stellar. Very friendly, helpful and professional. The air conditioning was great and performed fantastic, especially considering my visit was during a heatwave!

Some amenities were not as described. For instance,, there was no safe in the room. The blankets were thin and flimsy. I requested an extra blanket, which was also flimsy. The sheets had a somewhat rough texture.

Liked everything about the facility. Great staff especially at check-in. Thanks for suggesting the 2 queen bed room! It fit great!

That all food is served on paper/styrofoam plates/cups with plastic cutlery.
