Homewood Suites By Hilton Las Vegas City Center

The breakfast was lovely and it was great how it wasn’t the same thing on offer every day. Location is great, super easy to get over to the strip but it’s nice and quiet, would be a great place for those who aren’t all about the casino life or families too. The pool was great! The restaurant at the neighbouring Hilton Garden Inn was really yum and you get a discount for staying at Homewood Suites. The room was perfect too and had everything we needed and more. We got an early check in free of charge too!

The laundry facilities were pricey compared to other hotels. Most of the staff were LOVELY but there were a couple that were a bit stand offish, but maybe we caught them at a bad time.

The staff here are first class and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is basic but sufficient for a good start to the day. It's a 15 minute walk to the strip which was tough for the first day or two, but then you won't notice it. The pool is great - hot tub probably a bit too warm. The only problem I had was my $100 deposit not being returned to my card - I hope it will be resolved soon. But i would definitely go back here.

The extra walking distance to the strip due to roadworks, but this is not the fault of the hotel. And that my card wasn't refunded but I am confident that Hilton will resolve this.

I think when students or temp staff cover nights or other duties, they need to be trained more for the service quality and knowledge. For eg; we checked in on 28th evening, the girl on the duty categorically stated that we could not keep our luggage after the check out as we were to tour Grand Canyon for a day trip We scrambled around in the town with no suitable options, luckily I asked the front desk again on the final day. Patricia said “no worries” and permitted us to keep the luggage and it made our stay easy & delightful. The breakfast can be better organised!!

Larry at front desk was amazing and super accommodating. Front desk staff greeted all guests as they passed by. Housekeeping staff was very friendly! Hotel is a good choice with self-parking on adjoining deck at only $10/night. The breakfast is also quite sufficient and most of staff were very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is super updated and clean! It shares property with Hilton Garden Inn.

The walk to the strip is 20 minutes due to the property being across the freeway from the strip. Having a car would be a better choice. The toilet bolt and shower handle were loose and there was only 1 dessert fork and no others in the kitchen drawer.

Clean, comfy, and safe hotel with good breakfast. The beds were comfortable and A/C worked well.

The freshener in room was awful (hidden inside air filter in each room and took two days to locate). The pool was ice cold/not heated but there is a hot jacuzzi (full of kids because the pool is too cold to swim in March). The view of abandoned lot when paying for their biggest and nicest room was disappointing but room was still a decent value overall.

The breakfast staff, housekeepers, Gabriella and JC at the front desk were all so wonderful, friendly and helpful. We had a quiet, top floor room. The room was very clean. I appreciated the amenities of the kitchen, sitting room, sofa bed and ceiling fan. The breakfast selection had many cold and hot choices. The pool area was very well maintained. The hotel is just off the strip and is about a 5 minute drive to the strip. You could walk there in about 20 minutes but it was 107 degrees during our stay so we found free parking at Treasure Island and walked from there. The hotel is close to fast food options. A wonderful and stay. Thank you!

Great location, close to the concert venues we were going too. Great hot breakfast. Love having a kitchenette and full sized refrigerator. Swimming pool was great for our 3 y.o. granddaughter. Our friends booked their own rooms which was fun, checking out their King rooms-very nice and spacious. Secure parking structure with plenty of spaces. Would definitely stay here again.

It would've been nice to be able to have our rooms on the same floor. Weekend shuttles to the Strip would be awesome, just a thought.

The room was nice with quality towels, shampoo and shower gel.

The breakfast is not so rich. In weekend is crowded and you can wait for a table. For the cleaning in the room you have to ask at front desk.

We were stopping in Las Vegas for the night on the way to Zion National Park. This was a great location to stop, right by the freeway and away from the chaos of the city life. We arrived much later than anticipated (close to 2AM) and the hotel was very accommodating with our late arrival. We were also thankful for the electric vehicle chargers on site!

Nothing we didn't like.

To start off the smell fragrance of the hotel was beautiful The staff was very greeting and provided anything I needed. The cleanliness of the whole hotel made a difference I actually plan on coming back to Vegas one day and preferring to stay at this location rather than the other locations on the strip.

There wasn't anything bad about this hotel.
