Dedeman Zonguldak

The room was exactly how I had imagined it, maybe even bigger! The view was amazing.. so much room for our kids to play, a separate bedroom (other hotels our son would sleep in the sitting area but here there was a futon bed in the bedroom) and baby bed upon request. Plenty of closets to put away things. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The jacuzzi was amazing.. We went to the mall to buy bath bombs for the kids. There is a huge shopping mall next to the hotel, there is a parking lot outside for the hotel guests and also a closed parking for the mall that you can use as well. The breakfast was very nice, you can order eggs fresh how you like them. Food in the rooftop restaurant was also excellent, good wine and cocktails as well! We didn't use the pool (we had one in our room :p) but it looked very beautiful and clean!

no espresso machine in the room, only 'nescafé' (disposable to have coffee to go was nice!) A little weird that the water was in disposable cups for breakfast, i prefer drinking from a glass. Not much towels (only 2 and we were 2 adults and 2 children) but optional we could ask for extra. baby beds were provided but were old. One of them was not safe anymore - would be better to replace them. The bath was amazing but took very long to fill, maybe a high debet faucet would be better ;) no mall entrance from the hotel, you have to go outside first. We wanted to get a massage but sadly they were fully booked on the day we arrived (Sunday) and were closed on Monday. We were leaving again tuesday morning so sadly were not able to book.

Great facilities, good location. Fitness room was well equipped and had an amazing view of the Blacksea.

We stayed there for three days. A/C wasn't working in the first room that was assigned to us. The room was very hot because it was on the sun- facing side of the building. With some reluctance, five visits to the reception and a day later, they moved us to another room facing the other direction (this was also an upgrade as this room had the sea view). This room was great and made a huge difference in our comfort level. I don't think the A/C was working in this room either, but an open window provided sufficient cooling. Some other small things related to maintenance can be improved: slow draining shower drains, electronic door lock that was temperamental (possibly an electrical contact issue), unheated hot-tub by the pool.

In one word (we liked) everything!!! The staff, the room, the view to the Black sea! We also took advantage of the spa services and it was an amazing experience. The massage was superb and the experience in hammam was amazing. We enjoyed in the variety of food for breakfast and it was quite hard decision which food to choose from the buffet. We will be back in Zonguldak for sure and Dedeman hotel will be our choice of staying for sure.

Lovely views from the hotel (and not affected very much by the shopping centres), especially from the roof top restaurant, Zonguldak looks great at night and the hotel offers a great view of the surroundings and the Black sea. Carparking very good at the hotel. Worth a visit.

Hotel is wrapped around by a busy shopping centre, made finding the hotel a bit difficult and confusing as the hotel is hidden by the two centres, but once you find it, you have it. No zero alcohol beverages available.

It was BEST of everything. The staff, chefs, receptionist were everyone was so friendly and taking care of you with warmly^^ i loved it so much and the rooms also really good new and comfortable as well, breakfast was amazing, delicious. Very well recommended place absolutely. If you ever come to Zonguldak choose this place for sure

Nothing cuz everything was perfect

Incredible view of the sea fom the room! Incredible view from the roof teras restaurant! This two things were so amasing that we were not really interested in something else! The armchaire in front of the huge window was incredible! You see only the water and the ships on the sea. The sunset was magic and the sunrise view from the room as well! Even if the hotel was a little bit old and may be needs some renovation - but the final feeling is exceptional! We liked very-very much! The hotel has free parking, good wi-fi, very good breakfast. Unfortunatelly has no privat beach, but near the hotel (300 mt) is the city’s common beach and you can go there. No towels, no sun bads avaiable. We took an amasing dinner in the roof restaurant! Good service, nice people, good food, good wine! Maybe I will come back here!

No privat beach, this is what we missed. A little bit old, but was clean - and this is more important for us!

The breakfast selection was super very healthy choices and lots to choose from. The staff were all super friendly and dealt with any questions with no fuss I would like to thank Sybil on receptionist along with all the team who made our stay very special

friendly staff, great location. Rooftop restaurant food good and good value. beautiful views from viewing deck especially sunset. Breakfast, excellent. Reception staff speak and understand English. As a bonus the hotel is located in a beautiful town that is not over exploited for tourism. A definite highly recommended place to stay.

Parking can be a bit of an issue but basement parking and valet service available.

I really liked the location looking at the sea and hearing the waves from my room at night. The Gym was exceptional. it was really well equipped and using the step machine looking over the sea, made my work out much less boring than usual!! . The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay a memorable one.

The location is perfectly situated near the mall and the university. You can walk to the city center or take a taxi. The view of the sea is amazing!
