My family and I stayed at this hotel 1 night and then we flight to Stanbul and 7 days later we were back to van and stay at Elite world Hotel . We was so comfortable in king suite, every thing was clean and comfort and luxury. Breakfast was delicious and diversely. Pool and torkish bath was clean and perfect. If we will come to van we will back here because it was really five star hotel

The facilities are superb: a clean room, excellent gym and great breakfast. The staff was very friendly
The sink in my bathroom had a leakage and even though someone was sent to fix it, water was still getting to the floor when I used the sink.

compared to othere hotels it was a good and the service it was allright and the location was very good because it was near the shopping malls
in the menu the of the breakefast there wasnt a lot of choices and the food was always cold

The hotel is located right in the downtown, convenient for everything, including the mini-bus for Van Castle.
The hotel is somewhat dated, not really up to the standards of a five-star hotel. The hotel did not provide airport pick-up as claimed on their booking.com web page.

The hotel is located on a central street, and therefore it is easy to walk around. Considering this year COVID-19 situation the hotel was very well prepared to handle this, therefore we felt absolutely safe there, which is an important factor.
We haven't found anything we did not like really. It is a city hotel and better suited for short business visits, rather than holiday, however we new that from the start and we were not disappointed at all.
