i love the location so much the hotel is in the hart of trabzon maydan , the staff was very helpful we book through booking and couldn't book a taxi the hotel send us a privet car with a very good price , we were four friends we took a connected rooms it was big rooms and it was what we want , the breakfast place was with very good view , if we had another trip we will choose TS park

the carpet of our room was stick to the feet as if it was wet and a little bit smelly it need to be renewed , the breakfast was not what we expected it was a wrapped plate (i think its because of corona virus ) the man how was these ask us if we want any extra so that was a good thing , over all it was a very good experience and i really recommend the hotel

Location is perfect near by everything you need. Very friendly staff helpful and polite. Breakfast restaurant is cozy with a great Maydan view. A charming sitting area in second floor with a terrace.

Old furniture A nearby Nightclub plays loud music daily till 1 am.

never take tours with TS Global tour .They use casual driver and fake guide. we paid lots of money for a personalise tour with guide . But the guide was useless . no explanation at all plus cancel lots of destinations which we paid to visit . plus we had to explain to him why we want to go to the places, we choose to visit which we paid Euro 250. for. we literaly had to beg him to take us to Ordu. Sumela monastry was remove by the fake guide by scaring us that it will cost us more than adfitional Euro 250 to get in . so never ever take tours with them . zagnos tour was way much better

The hotel was not only well located in that you were able to access many tourist attractions on foot, but the street it was on was a vibrant, colorful square with several decent restaurants and stores. Our room was very nice, and sizable. There was a pot to boil water, and nice ceramic cups to make coffee or tea. There was plenty of hot water for a shower, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and was served on the sixth floor from which there is a nice view of the square.

My only minor complaint is that there is no elevator to haul our suitcases upstairs. The staff was quite helpful in taking the luggage up for us.

We took three single bed room in 2nd floor. Location is superb. Room is clean and feels nice. Not so spacious but good enough for three people. Bathroom is good and has enough tools like soap, shampoo and shower gel.

Nothing is really bad. Except we were lucky to had room away from the cafe live music and singing. There is cafe with live music in same hotel building at its left. We are in middle of hotel building. You can hear the music until 2am in hallway. But there was no music inside the room. But there are rooms at far left so make sure to avoid them if you look for quietness

the location was excellent and the a good value of money. the staff were extremely friendly.

there was no elevator, very hard especially for elderly people or disabled especially if you are on the third floor. the breakfast was average, no varieties. there is no lobby, small reception only.

fantastic location, comfortable bed, nice balcony in the shared space on the third floor overlooking the square.

It would’ve been nice if the staff had recommendations for local activities.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s in the heart of the city. The shopping street, local market, restaurants, travel offices are in a walkable distance. It’s the place where all the tourists flock to. Although the property is old it’s well maintained and clean. The staff are very helpful and some of them speak descent English. Talha (if I remember his name correctly) was very helpful.

1. As there are other businesses in the ground floor, there was very loud music starting from around 8 pm and last till late in the night. After speaking to reception I felt it was out of their control. 2. There is no lift but as we were in 2nd floor it was manageable. For residents on 3rd floor, it might be difficult. Guests may speak to the hotel before arrival about their floor preferences. We were told all the family rooms are on 2nd floor. But the hotel staff helps in carrying all the baggage. In fact I saw them helping the guests in carrying the shopping bags to their rooms. Guess these are certain disadvantages of being in the prime location. Need to make some compromises.

Staff were very helpful and there whenever needed. The cheese rolls during breakfast were really good. Bed was really comfortable. Location is perfect, everything you need is less than 5 min away (walking distance) and the meydan area is safe at night. You can take the mini-van from the Meydan to the Forum mall (3-4 min) for 3 liras only and you can come back from the Forum in the Meydan mini-van for the same price. I believe this is the best place you can get since all other hotels are a bit far from the Meydan or in a regular neighborhoods. Price for 6 nights was very cheap compared to others

There hasn't been a lot of options on breakfast. Also it is weird that they also do fries or wedges during breakfast. But you shouldn't worry about this since there are plenty of places under and near the hotel to have breakfast They should put some tissues in the room (there is only two wet napkins and the toilet paper). Note that the hotel does not have an elevator in case you don't like to use the stairs.

The hotel is situated heart of the city. Many restorants, shopping areas near by. You can easyly drop things to your hotel room which you buy in the city and return to your way.

1)The are no elevator in the hotel; 2) Wery noicy area, you can hear very loud music at night. I phone to hotel reception they answer me so they have no idea to cancel or to down the volume music.So I had to phone to police at 2 am.
