Holiday Inn - Trabzon-East, an IHG Hotel

With an IHG it is difficult to be mistaken. Everything is practical, efficient and real value for the money. Though prices are considerably higher than expected but this might be due to the season. Staff are supportive, very friendly and very welcoming, they are the key factor making this place worth coming again. Thank you very much! I liked how my room was entirely ready, my check in was so fast, luggage was at my room before I even got there, all facilities were in room and mucu more ..

It is not something I didn't like, just I feel it is an area for improvement, though breakfast has wide varieties but I feel it can be way better by just adding small touches in particular for kids.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. The hotel lobby was clean and i liked the decorations. They also had a bidet in the bathroom so that's definitely a plus.

The view from the room is not the best. The hot water can be hotter. The water pressure can be higher. The chair in the room is so misplaced i kicked it with my toe 4 times. Also, who on earth designs a room with no table/electricity near the mirror? I literally had to hack my way to be able to see myself while doing my hair (hint: there are no plugs in the bathroom). This is my biggest complaint.

The staff was really nice, always helpful. Comfy bed, room was clean, good furniture, nice bathroom. Location is great for travelers by car, as it has big parking space right by the door, and stands on the main road. We liked everything!

There is no spa but we knew it and it matches the price. The hotel is in Yomra, so it is far from the center, but we also knew it when we booked - just the info if you are not traveling by car.

I booked a suite and it was large enough for two adults and two kids. Price was reasonable considering the mid summer season. Room and breakfast and location were the good things about it. Location is good near the road to trabzon and Ayder.

The room was not very clean. I found hair in the bed from previous users. Also, breakfast was basic with minimum variety. Location is far from center.. There was no grocery store or supermarket nearby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English also. The room was very clean and comfortable and amazing breakfast with good variety daily.

The location was not very good and everything is located on the opposite side of the hotel and we had to walk a lot to get there and climb bridges to reach the other side which is not convenient

Great location, very good breakfast. Staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Ali. Our flight was midnight and they allowed us to stay in lobby and use all the hotel facilities. There were very helpful. Thanks to all of them.

Very comfortable stay, facility was great Outstanding customer services. Ali hassan always made sure i parked my car in a good location since i am a resident in the hotel. Mr. Ahmed in the reception is exceptional. From my point of view he is the greatest asset to the hotel.

Rooms were not soundproof.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast with many varieties and options. Delicious food, good facilities. Good price and a friendly environment. The staff spoke perfect English and it was not hard to communicate with them, which was very convenient.

The toilet seats had stains in one of our rooms and there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom.

Nice big parking, clean room, quick room service, helpful staff, good value for money. I could not connect to WiFi, called reception and an employee came and helped me to connect.
