.A real 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star hotel The management of the hotel is strong and the administrative team is knowledgeable and thoughtful. The facilities and room are excellent and the price is balanced. They care about the requests and views of the guests and are persistent. I am very grateful to Mr. TALHA, the hotel's guest reception manager, and his attention to detail For resident guests, the hotel offers free parking and breakfast, and the gym and sauna are very quiet and high-quality. In general, I am satisfied with my stay in this hotel so far and I recommend it and I am sure that the best five-star hotel in Samson province is Ramada Plaza Wyndham. . 🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏

The air conditioning is excellent some hotels reduce the A/C to half power to reduce the electricty bills. room is big and clean. reseption team mr. Nadim, Talha and the traniee lady were excellent in their work and behavior with all of my family members, not to forget Mr. Hasan for solving my extended reservation issue, also the not to forget the heros of car parking service working days and night to keep our car near the hotel entrance. breakfast is good and every family members found what they need and love to eat and drinks (thank you for the daily filter coffee)

room service is good and food quality is good but they did not cover the dishes and they are not give you a table, this is minor issue for me but not for our womans in my famliy. if you can make the breakfast untill 10:30 or even to 11 would be better for us, now its until 10 but some days they give the families 10 minutes extra 😀

Personal very friendly, at arrival at reception, the cook making me scrambled eggs with onions, Yeliz who cleaned my room and made it tidy-thank you all, the bed is huge with four pillows, breakfast has fantastic choices, hotel is just 20 minutes away from airport with the bus, around the corner is the bus for the beach, and on the other direction in 10 minutes you reach the shops, room is big with full size windows

Convenient location (15 minutes by foot from the city center), taxi park in front of the hotel, tasty buffet breakfast, sauna and fitness center, beautiful view, and great facilities. I also appreciated the option to request food to the room from the restaurant and found the staff to be friendly. Overall, I felt that Ramada lived up to its high standards, especially for the high-cost rooms.

Everything was fine, incredible!

We stayed one night as a pit stop to our end destination. The room was comfortable and large. We didn't take the breakfast option so cannot comment on this. It did seem to be a fare bit out from the main attractions but this was not the purpose of our stop over.

The location is good and very near from the center, the room is big (business room), the staff were very helpful especially Yousef and Talha. we enjoyed our stay in this hotel

Beautiful hotel and location. People were really friendly. They had a wonderful breakfast and I loved the Valet parking. Rooms were as described, new and including everything you need.

Remote control of TV didn’t work. No red wine available in the mini bar and whole hotel. Wi-Fi doesn’t work for proper, getting interrupted.

Service very good, Breakfast supper, Hotel Clean, Location could be better. Overall me and my 8 family members left the Ramada samsun very happy.

All were good from check in to dining and room facilities

The lighting in the room and bathroom were very dim. Specially the bathroom, I had to struggle to finish shaving. They need to improve the lighting in general.
