The hotel have the best location in Mersin. Their staff in general were very kind to us and helpful during our stay, especially Soltan, Burak, and Kaan. They gave us a newly renovated room on our arrival which was beautiful and had an amazing view. You can walk alongside the ocean from the gate of the hotel where you can find beautiful green parks with kiosks that sell tea, corn and chestnuts, that you can grab and eat on the benches on the beach. Across the street from the hotel you will find lovely cafes and restaurants.

There wasn't anything not to like about this hotel

The room is very clean, tidy and spacious. The views from the balcony of the sea were incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. good location. loved the towels shampoo conditioner body wash. beautiful marble sink with ten times magnified mirror to see your face.

Didn’t like fact they took the deposit on my card and returned it in cash at the end of the stay. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment nor did we use the facilities outside of the room like the gym and pool.

The stay was fantastic. Everything was perfect with great service and super friendly and helpful staff. A big thanks to the reception for their continuous support and assistance. Bilal, Gurkan, Burak, Atilla, and Sultan. The breakfast was enjoyable and the view was beautiful.

The location was right on the sea front. The pool area was big and spacious. The room was really comfy with amazing views. The spa was nice to relax in the sauna and steam room. The restaurant had lovely outdoor seating with sea views.

not being able to use the pool on Saturday’s after 3pm I paid a £100 deposit but the hotel said they didn’t receive it the cost of the hotel was £600 but when I paid the bill it was £800 even though I did not have any extra’s and because they said they didn’t receive the £100 it cost me £900 in total

Hilton definitely represents its quality in Mersin with it's location and it's view.

Obviously needs to be renovated from top to bottom. Except it's lobby, all the rooms, corridors and the other areas felt us like we are living in 1970's. The building itself seems so old. Kindly ask Hilton-Mersin to make necessary renovations at the property if they ask such kind of prices from their guests.

This was my third time staying at this hotel over the past couple of years. I like the location and the breakfast. The manager really goes out of his way to make sure your stay goes well. We needed PCR tests before leaving and after speaking to the front desk a few times, nothing came of it. Once we talked to the manager, it was arranged.

The check in could have been smoother but there was a language barrier.

I spent much of 2017 living in the Mersin Hilton. It is still a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and beautiful views across the Med. Since my last stay they have added a new restaurant so the choice of food is fabulous and high quality.

nothing not to like, the staff were lovely, the restaurant was good, we had access to the executive lounge which had complimentary food and drinks, the pool area was great

my only comment would be that the bedroom was a little dated, it was clean but old and in need of a refurb, however, the rest of the hotel was modern and newer

The Hilton in Mersin is an excellent hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms with beautiful rooms. Perfect place to relax. Everybody I met were extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend the Hilton for business or pleasure travel.
