Movenpick Hotel Malatya

The hotel is among the few that have not been damaged by the earthquake as it was really constructed by top standards. The location is convenient, close to the new business area where many of the old town businesses have relocated. The breakfast is exquisite and a very good restaurant on top of the hotel provides for some good dining options. The staff is friendly and hospitable, but it's useful to have your mobile interpretation app ready.

They scheduled a taxi transfer to the airport for me but the guy was late and still refused to give me back the change.

Rooms are big, AC works well , everything is very clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok nothing special but more or less everyone can find something. Could be more meat, but i guess thats ok anyway. Fruits were very good as well as tea and coffee. I was surprised if you want scrambled eggs you should ask cook to make them for you. you should definitely visit 18th floor terrace restaurant

Hotel has no bar and no alcohol in it at all. Spa zone wasn't that big and wasn't that much of a variety.

Excellent 5-star hotel for an excellent price. Very elegant, modern room furniture. Good breakfast. Lot in garage for car free of charge. I am not really able to tell what we were missing because everything (with one exception - below) was there.

No alcohol in the entire hotel is not really up to 5-star hotel standards. Location is not central but this is not a problem in Turkish cities because of the excellent and cheap taxi system usually in place.

It was spotless clean and the staff was very polite, nice and helpful. They made us feel at home. Breakfast buffet is full of everything you could wish for. The swimming pool and the hammam were also very nice (I don't like sauna but the premises looked wonderful also).

I liked everything. Staff was ftiendly, helpful and marvelous. Clean, comfortable room. Wonderful buffet breakfast and two excellent meals in restaurant on 18th floor.

Modern hotel with very stylish and big rooms.

The A/C didn't work very well in our room: sometimes it would turn up the fan by itself, sometimes it wouldn't cool the room although we set it to a temperature much lower than the room temperature. Some of the food from the restaurant was very good, other was quite bad. It was a bit difficult to communicate with the restaurant staff, as they were speaking no or not much English. A bit surprising for a 5 star hotel of a major brand...

Upon checking out of my room, I was planning to pay for my laundry service separately apart from room charges but it was charged on my credit card the night before I was to check out the next day. Also there were erroneous food charges on bill that I paid cash in the restaurant. Desk clerk didn't fix it

Central, comfortable stay. probably the best place to stay in the city.

We didn’t have hot water some days, it was a bit temperamental. Our aircon stopped working but they fixed it when we told them.

Amazing experience! Even returned in 2 days back to this hotel. Rooms are big and comfy, have a bathtub; Swimming pool, hamam, sauna - all clean and excellent; Breakfasts delicious; Free parking

Everything was perfect! Room, restaurant, food, swimming pool, staff, location🩷 We even decided to take one more night and didn't want to leave.
