Tuntas Family Suites Kusadasi

Coming here for a third year in a row. First time was fantastic, but also, every other time I can find a serious complaint. They are doing very good job.

They lost their big private parking, but they helped me find a new place across the hotel. Thanks for that. No real complaint.

Everything else was ok. Stuff was very kindly, but do not know language. It has a short but winding and strenuous hill, but it passes :) Big parking lot for cars with trees , and shade. Very good. Swimming pool vas good, terraces, view, sunset, very nice :) would i come again? Yes. I would come

Only few people know English. Just a couple of them. Lady on recepcion, and a guy on the pool bar. Waiters, we can hardly understand each other. Someone who is engaged in tourism must speak English. The food was bad, breakfast was the same for 8 days. One boiled egg, two slices of salami, two slices of cucumber and two slices of tomato. Jam, honey and butter. Very very poor. Dinner, two types of dishes on offer, every night, amlost same. Suposted to be and needed to be a open buffetwhy it wasn't? Dont know...

The pool was big and clean and there was also a smaller one for kids. The staff was friendly and hospitalier. The food at the restaurant was very good and cheap. I highly recommend eating at their restaurant a la carte. The room is very big ( bedroom and living room, plus kitchinette). I higly recommend to book a room with a garden view, so you can see the playground and the pool area from the balcony. And it is more shadow. Also you can enjoy the shows from the hotel from your balcony The Ladies beach is 5 minutes and it has clear water and sandy bottom.

The hotel is 5 minutes from beach but it is situated on top of the hill and when you come back from the beach you have to climb a very big hill- exhausting. They take your AC remote control and you have to pay 6 euros/ day for air conditioning. We only had breakfast included but it was the same everyday ( a lot of cheese, omlette,olives and salami, milk and cereal) .the coffee is instant coffee - very bad. The sea view rooms are very hot and the view is not so great.

Spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and helpful; they couldn't do enough for you and worked very hard. It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay, i would definitely stay again. Really good value for money, lovely pool with plenty of seating and loungers, lovely pool bar and although we didnt travel with children, we notices a children's play area that had hammocks next to it for parents that wanted to chill while being next to the children's play area. Really lovely stay

A little further out of the main town, but still had plenty of close by shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. taxi outside to town was very cheap and only took ten minutes, so not a problem if wanting to go into the main town

We enjoyed our stay at Tuntas Family Suites. The staff was helpful and informative. The room had everything for basic needs. There is a pool at the hotel but since the beach was just 5 mins away, we didn't use it. You can order food at the restaurant. Prices are fair. We also bought Scuba Diving from the hotel including the transfer.

Everything was smooth.

I liked that it's close to the tourists most crowded street. The staff were very friendly especially Mr Leo.

The rooms were not very clean, the dishes stayed in the sink for 5 days without washing them. The place had garbage in the back yard. The rooms wrfr far from the lobby, basement minus second floor.

The property is located on a hill but there are taxis right outside if you need them the apartments are very spacious and clean and the cleaners come in everyday

there is nothing to not like about the property the views are amazing

good hotel for have a relax time with nice view the view has mountain sea and pool

we like the days and nights we spent here with my family and the friendly staff
