Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel

The hotel was in the ideal location for Kudadasi , to be right in front of the main attraction and heartbeat areas of Kudadasi ! The Rooftop pool areas / breakfast views are just sublime and the best !

The entry check in / drop off point on arrival by car was terrible and frustrating to manoeuvre if you were driving yourself as it was awkward with no car parking areas to do so . I had to do 3 laps of the block to try to enter into hotel lobby entrance out front as public car parking out front was blocking any comfortable entry into the hotel lobby !! Intersection and one way entry where hotel is positioned was the worst I had seen on a very busy road and not workable to be honest !

centrally located for our needs near bars restaurant plenty shops harbour port are and easy walking distance of the old town taxi rank and starbucks coffee shop right next door.room 504 lovely spacious big corner room overlooking the port area can watch the cruise ships coming in and out. Lovely roof top pool area and bar to chill out on . Ladies Beach only about 60 turkish lira in a taxi to visit and plenty bars and restaurant with cheaper prices there for food and drink.Breakfast choices great plenty for everyone’s taste.

Can be noisy at night and especially weekends at the location of this hotel of our room although soundproofed when doors and patio/balcony closed no problem . if wanting a proper quiet sleep then book a room up side or back of the hotel but not front facing or on 6th floor as can hear chairs scraping on restaurant floor early morning from 7th floor above. Lovely comfy mattress on beds but this is right in the heart and middle of things for going out good location city hotel don’t let the noise put you off as i say from the advice above in the negatives

Excellent hotel, very well located, clean, beautifully decorated and very helpful and kind staff. The rooms are modern and the ocean view spectacular. Staff was kind and helpful, great English. Breakfast was very good too and boasted a beautiful ocean view. The GYM WAS PERFECT!!!!!! So rare to get a gym with such a high equipment quality. Congrats! Swimming pool beautiful

There was a very unpolite man screaming during the night beside my room and I called the reception and they could not resolve it. The policies around the pool area in what concern to food and drinking while we hang were a bit exaggerated.

Entrance difficult by car. Is great that staff helps you. Otherwise you're stuck Shower and lavoar terrible - biggest minus. No water debit limitation at lavoar and shower needs to have a hose. We're at sea where you get full of salt and sand. And is not expensive to do it. Sometimes cleaning was done late probably due to lack of cleaning staff. But they do it daily.

The hotel was the best part of our visit to Kusadasi. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. Every possible preference was provided for from fruit and yogurt to hot options and an expansive array of meze. The rooftop poolside lounge area was ideal for watching the sunset, and for relaxing during the day. The room was fine, large enough, good shower, and they refreshed two little bottle of water every day which was a kindness.

I wish they asked us if we needed towel refresh every day. We didn't. But we got it anyway. Over delivery isn't a "dislike", though.

We are very happy to have chosen hotel Ilayda Avantgarde in Kuşadası. Located in the center of the city, with the best view on Kuşadası, near restaurants and shopping centers. We had a very rich, varied and very tasty breakfast. Lots of different vegetables, fruits, hot meals, sweet spreads, squeezed juices, all kinds of coffee, and traditional Turkish food. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and so is the whole hotel. A free mini bar which has been replenished every day for us and for all hotel guests. All the hotel staff are very friendly and kindly especially the reception with Murat, Hassan and all their colleagues. We recommend the hotel Ilayda Avantgarde to everyone who wants, good and clean hotel, with very rich breakfast, and friendly staff in the city center. I hope we can make it to Kusadasi in Sommer to enjoy the beaches there and to stay in the same hotel.

The barking dogs, I think the city should do something about that and put the dogs in kennels to be looked after there.

It's a lovely hotel in the heart of Kusadasi. Friendly staff. Housekeeping were excellent and so was the restaurant staff. Very obliging, especially Nadir.

People should be restricted to the time they are allowed to "hold" sun beds. Should be no more than 1 hour. A sign needs to be put up to advise people of this and pool staff need to remove their belongings after one hour. It's very annoying.

The location was great, central, on the main coastal road, a few minutes walk from the ferry, the grand bazar and about 800 meters from the central bus station, from where we took the bus to Selzuk / Efesus. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and so was the bathroom. The beds were also comfortable. The view was amazing, we had a room at the front, with a narrow balcony but an extremely large french door facing the sea. The personal was really helpfull and spoke english. The breakfast was great, with great variety, with both european and turkish flavors / dishes. We really missed the turkish coffee though, there was turkish tea, but not turkish coffee. It takes time to prepare it, we know, but it is part of the turkish culture and it should be on the breakfast menu.

The lack of turkish coffee at breakfast, that we have already mentioned. The fact that in the double room they gave us only one keycard and that there was only one set of shower gel / shampoo, one toothbrush etc. in the room. It just was not enough for two persons. We asked at the reception for one more set and they brought us some immediately. We didn't ask for a second key though, it was not that important. In any case, these are only small details. Our stay there was extremely pleasant.

Breakfast was buffet-style and very delicious with a selection of both sweet and savoury - I am very picky and usually dread breakfast time but loved this one and ate my fill. Excellent location on the seafront with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and buzzing nightlife. Staff were very helpful and I used the airport transfer which was good. Free tea on the beautiful rooftop terrace was a nice extra. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

As I said above, it is in the center of things so expect some noise at night especially in summer (when we stayed). The walls are pretty thin too, I could hear my neighbours phone going off a lot. We got a twin room and and the beds themselves were very low down (like kids beds) and a bit hard but not totally uncomfortable. They also came with a throw rather than a light duvet cover which all in all didn’t feel consistent with the high-end decoration and branding of the hotel but oh well.
