The staff was really good: professional, friendly, good work ethic, and efficient. The king suite was comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very good. Housekeeping was excellent and accommodating. And there were several good restaurants a short walking distance away. And there was a spare market closeby.

One elevator was troublesome and shaky for a week or 10 days, but they finally got it working better. The gym was ok, but lacking some equipment and it was very hot. The parking was a hassle at times.

Good location in the asian part of Istanbul, close to metro and bus station. Plenty of restaurants around, and Istanbul City Mall in a walking distance. Very clean and well maintained, helpfull staff that really did their best to make our stay more pleasant. Great room at 9th floor, modern furniture, big comfortable bed. Good breakfast with various and plenty to choose options. Our stay here for 2 weeks was very inspired. Hope to see you soon. Best regards🤗

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The building is new, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly, kind, and always eager to accommodate any request. A special mention to the lady who cleans the rooms – she does an amazing job and is so kind and friendly. I stayed here after my surgery, and everyone was incredibly helpful during my recovery. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Also, don’t miss out on the chef’s amazing soups.

The hotel was easy to find and easy to approach. The stuff was nice and spoke very good english.

There was less information about facilities and the hotel room was entered from the personal without infoming me and agains my wish not to clean the room. The nearby areas is very poor and not good maintained.

breakfast and dry cleaning

The concierge requested money back off the taxi driver under the table, 20 % of the money for ride. It’s difficult enough earning money as a local so to demand monies illegally i think that’s wrong! Management need to look into this

The hotel building is relatively new and modern one, however the neighborhood is somehow in contrast with the building. I've booked without breakfast. There are some good restaurants nearby, so neither breakfast nor dinner is a problem at all. The room was enough big, probably bigger than the average hotel rooms with same price / quality. If you're staying for business, it's a good choice.

The building isn't very close to anywhere touristic (depending on the expectations ofc). Kadıköy would take about 30 mins with bus, Beşiktaş about an hour and Taksim about 1.5h, if you're lucky. The hotel building isn't very close to sea. I stayed in eighth floor and the view was only buildings in the neighborhood.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, decent breakfast. No smoke smell was a major plus for me.

Heat was not working properly, the food in the restaurant is not good.

The hotel is really tidy and pleasant. I had two large windows in my room so it was quite bright and sunny. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodated my requests for early check in, were very approachable and nice.

The neighborhood was not to my liking, but overall ok.

Hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. Good breakfast and fitness facility. Room was clean and big enough. Bathroom was clean. Complimentary water available in the room. Fridge and iron in the room. Hotel surrounded by places to eat and shops.

Since the beginning the staff was friendly and kind to us. The rooms are clean and everything is decorated in a modern flair. The location is very good since there are many ways to reach out nearby by both bus and metro. Special and big thanks to the housekeeping personal Ebru!
