I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Istanbul! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spotless – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Although the hotel was not in the very center, the area was quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was also very close to the Metro. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, offering a variety of traditional and international dishes. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and the services provided were of the highest standards. I want to praise Neda, who made our stay much more enjoyable! She was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with useful information about the city and ensuring that everything was perfect with our room. She offered excellent service and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We really appreciate her professional and friendly attitude!

All staff were very attentive, with warm welcomes and fast responses to any queries or requests. Neda front hotel staff I've never been so overwhelmed with kindness this lady offered to leave her home and bring me a charger for my phone, I declined obviously as the offer was more than enough then the outcome of a charged phone. I'm most definitely staying with the G hotel or G tower apartments every time I'm Turkey 😌 👌

No luggage scales so buy some frome a local shop if you over do it at the Grand spice Bazaar 😉

I had an exceptional stay at G Tower, and I want to specifically commend Neda, the Guest Relations Officer, for her outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, Neda went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Her warm and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine care truly set her apart. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, Neda was always there with a smile, ready to help promptly and efficiently. She made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my time at the hotel. G Tower is lucky to have someone like Neda on their team she truly elevates the guest experience. The G Hotel 🇹🇷❤️ What a beautiful service, I was very happy, the hotel look good and the personal was very kind and helpful specifically Neda, she help me so much by taking the metro, reserving taxi and als changing my room, because my frist room was not much comfortable. Also, there was a G burger restaurant, and the food was good because I heard that the chef was from Holland 🇲🇫❤️ I really look forward to coming again in next year of maybe in this Christmas 🎄 Once again, thank you so much for your hospitality. Everything was good. I don't have any complaints.

The staff were friendly and helped me a lot. Also, the cleaning lady was nice and cleaned my room as I wanted every day. There was also a pharmacy right in front of the hotel, as well as a supermarket and a Starbucks café. So, it was easy to buy anything I needed, and I didn’t have to go downtown.

When I first checked in, my room’s toilet was not completely clean, so I spoke with the staff, and they were very helpful. They showed me several rooms until I found one that I liked and even cleaned it again

The TV in rooms didn't have enough channels for all demands like movies, sport and documantry.

The management team is new and the director kindly asked my opinion to understand how to improve a few things, so here we go: Facilities: The building is recent but my room seemed older because of some details (ex: windows not closing 100%, roof not totally finished, curtains falling, TV wall damaged) Breakfast : Good variety (ex: vegetables, hams, cheese, pastries, etc) but the cappuccino was not good at all Staff: Most of the staff don't speak English fluently but enough to have a small conversation The only thing I found inappropriate was an employee annoying the guests to evaluate the hotel during breakfast. If you don't speak Turkish, she will take your phone and evaluate the services for you. Hope the new management team will be able to improve this.

We were in g hotel Istanbul for 6 nights and it was amazing apart from the hotel and amazing view and facilities there was a staff member working in the hotel that made my stay amazing she is called Neda I think she’s guest relation officer and she went above and beyond to make us feel special and comfortable she was the kindest and most helpful person in the hotel I would give her the award of best hotel staff 100 percent .

The variety of breakfast wasn’t a lot it was same things everyday

really liked the way the employee Nada dealt with me. She served the customers in a very appropriate way and provided the best treatment. I thank her very much for that and I hope to do it again and be received by the employee Nada for her good treatment of me.

Clean big and very good for the price. We were met by a woman called Nada who was very nice and service minded, she took good care of us and asked about us online, was always there if we needed anything. Other staff was also very smiley and service orientated 🙏 Thanks to them we will definitely come back. Shirwan Hasan Egypt
