I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fox Hotels in Şişli Istanbul and I have to say it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed and at home. I want to extend a big thank you to Büsra, Aygün, Emil, Anil, Mehmet, Leyla, and Marzieh for their exceptional service and hospitality throughout my stay. The hotel itself is absolutely chic, clean, and professional, with a modern design that made me feel right at home. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the level of care that went into everything from the decor to the amenities provided in the room. It's clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high standard of excellence. One of the best things about the Fox Hotels is its location. It's situated in a quiet area away from the noisy streets, yet still conveniently close to all the top tourist destinations. Whether you're looking to explore the city or just relax in a peaceful environment, this hotel has got you covered. Overall, I highly recommend the Fox Hotels to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming place to stay in Istanbul. Literally nothing.

Everything was good, very clean and new, breakfast was amazing experience, staff so friendly.

Location, it is located in a narrow street and walking to and from the hotel is a very hard exercise. On top of that it it not possible to get a taxi in that location.

Overall it nearly felt like being hosted by friends. The people working there were always had an open ear, tried to assist in any way and providied additional informartion / tips when needed or requested. Especially Mualla, Menna, Ismael and Maria (sorry if i've mispelled a name), but also all the others were very kind and helpful. The location is a few minutes of walking from Taksim square and it is quiet. I am glad I was able to stay there and I would repeat may stay there without a second thought. Thank you!

You could always find a detail that is not perfect. However, I did not go searching for something.

What stood out most was their eagerness to assist. Whether it was providing directions to local attractions, offering recommendations for dining, or swiftly handling any room requests, the staff went above and beyond. Their prompt and efficient service, delivered with a smile, made my stay not just comfortable, but truly enjoyable. The attentiveness and positivity of the staff at The Fox Hotel are commendable. They have mastered the art of making guests feel valued and taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay that comes with a personal touch and a team that’s always ready to help with a smile.

We liked the location of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff. We had a comfortable large bed, always had tea or coffee in the lobby, even after checking out of the room while waiting for the plane. Cleaning requests are automated via buttons in the room - no need to worry about whether you've put a label on the door).

The rain shower in the room did not work, also better quality gels, shampoos and soaps would have been appreciated). Also, upon check-in, it was apparent that the room had been superficially cleaned. There was a lot of dust and weird streaks in places that would have taken a little more effort to clean. You can pay attention to the little things that sometimes catch your eye: the tulle on one of the windows was hung on the wrong side, on two windows the curtains were hung at different heights, which made it difficult to create perfect darkness.

I spent a delightful 7 days at the Fox Hotel after a cosmetic surgery, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff, especially Emil, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and speedy recovery. From impeccable room service to delicious meals and a cozy room with a fabulous terrace, every detail was perfect. The hotel's central location near markets and eateries made it convenient, and the warm welcome made me feel right at home. I can't wait to return and highly recommend this fantastic experience to everyone. Thank you again Emil.........Hugs.

TV only had Turkish channels, but I bought my laptop and was able to view my English channels without any issues.

The staff is young, enthusiastic, friendly, and very helpful, all of them with no exception. Rooms are nice and clran. We were on the 7th floor with a very nice terrace overlooking a very nice view. Breakfast is well served. The cleaning team was very flexible as well. Overall, stay was very enjoyable. Special thanks for Anil & Igon for their smily faces and sense of humor. The location is nice in terms of proximity to touristic locations, i.e., Taksim, Bisictas, Galata Port, Aya Sophia, etc.

The neighborhood is low social class, yet it will not affect you a lot.

Absolutely outstanding service from this little gem of a hotel, very clean and very accommodating. Was in touch with Amel via WhatsApp to ensure a smooth transition as I was travelling alone, and like he promised, nothing was too much. His kindness was second to none! He made my trip to Istanbul memorable. Thank you so much I found all the staff remarkably polite and very hard working, and it made me feel very welcome. We stayed 4 days and the service was great everyone was friendly and always helped with anything we needed. The room was great, we had a great view it was clean the. The breakfast was great as expected in Istanbul really big though :D, it will get you full and ready for most of the day. The location I would also praise it absolutely, the Taxim metro station was pretty close so that connects you to the other parts of the city, and if you want to visit something close, the Taxim square is a 5-10 mins away and there is a ton of stuff to do there. And the location is really quiet, away from the traffic.
