Nice location close to Marmaray metro. A lot of shops and different places to eat. Close to the embankment. Quiet enough. Small fridge and teecan. So you always can make some tea or coffee. The bed was clean as well as bathroom.

The safe has an old battery.it's couldn't be taken off to change to the new ones. So we have to have all our stuff all the time with us. There is no luggage room. You can leave your suitcase only under the stairs. Far from the city centre it's about 50 min by taxi or 1h by metro. But check the metro opening hours before getting out from the centre.

The location is very good since the Marmaray is 10 minutes away and the coastline offers a variety of bus routes. The area is overall safe, and it is also quiet. The photos are accurate to the reality of the rooms.

The water pressure was inconsistent, and we could hear a slight noise from other rooms, which was acceptable but still something to consider. Our room had stains on the carpet, which did not look appealing, but it can happen. It looked more like cigarette burns.

The location is great—most places in Pendik are within walking distance. We were heading to Yalova, so it was perfect since the ferry terminal is close by. The staff were very kind and even upgraded us to a bigger room for free. They were quick to respond to any requests, the rooms were very clean, and the value for money was really good.

The hotel is in a very central area, which means it gets noisy at night. The building doesn't have good sound insulation, so motorcycles and loud cars with music can easily wake you up.

We stayed here for a night before catching a flight from SAW. The location is a 7-minute walk from the Pendik metro. The bustling market around the hotel also allowed us to experience the Asian side of Istanbul. We took a taxi for the airport even though getting their via public transport was also a reasonable option. We got to the airport in 20 minutes. The rooms are very nice and modern. The lighting options are great, the bathroom is also very nice and of good size. We are a family of four so we got two rooms. We were given two rooms right next to each other, which made things easier.

The carpets looked a bit dirty, but otherwise, the rooms were clean.

Great value for your money. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk from Pendik Marmaray station. Kartal port with ferries to Princes' Islands is only 2 stops away. Lots of small shops and eateries in close proximity of the hotel. The staff are kind and professional. All 3 receptionists we met were helpful and gave us good advice. We also requested for a taxi several times and each time the cab arrived within minutes from the moment we asked the reception. All drivers were polite and professional and used meter. We also appreciated the immaculate cleaning service by Mrs. Hatice, the cleaning lady. She was extremely kind and did an excellent job keeping our room spotless. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would come again. We hope the hotel will keep up to this level long term.

The room was on the smaller side, but overall quite practically arranged so we didn't mind all that much. We'd recommend the hotel bans smoking in all the rooms - it would definitely contribute to a more pleasant stay for non-smokers.

The hotel is at a very good strategic location.Close to many eateries,shops and banks.Walkable to most locations in Pendik town including that Marmaray Pendik Station.Public transport is close by easy reach to the nearby ISTMARINA .Our total 6 days stay was good and this hotel served our purpose well.Near enough to Sabiha Airport and Taxi booking to the airport from the hotel reception was about 400TL.

Facilities is a little aged and remember to close the window to avoid the mosquitos.

Lovely hotel, it exceeded my expectations. I had booked a simple room as I was just staying for one night however the staff was so friendly to give me a free upgrade to a king size room since they had rooms available. The hotel also had lifts making it easy to get your luggage to your room, as opposed to many other hotels of an older nature in and around Istanbul. The staff was very friendly and service minded, Ugur at the reception was friendly and appreciative, and could answer any questions I had and spoke great English. I would definitely stay there again, and longer next time.

The room is exactly what we needed: yes, not large - but a comfortable bed fitted in, the kettle worked, the shower was OK and we didn't need anything more. If the purpose of stay is being out in the city, it's a good choice.

A little problem with balcony door: the bed prevented it from being opened. Not a big issue though.

Amazing location and super staff. Very helpful and friendly. Super close to tons of restaurants and a lot of shopping. It’s not a tourist the area so the deals are actually really good deals and the food is priced well. Another advantage is a five minute walk to the ferry.

The hotel is very nice and it is located in one of the best area , near to sabiha airport, near to all transportation, near to train station, near to shopping area , price is very good , The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mr Ugur , we arrived the hotel early up to flight schedule and he gave us the room at the time for arrival and also made upgrading for the room with free We thank him so much for his kind during our stay
