me and my friend stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located in an extremely good location, a five-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar in one direction, and a five-minute walk to Hagia Sophia in the other direction. if you are not up for a walk, there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. It is quite small, but the beds are very comfortable, the toilet is clean, the air conditioner works properly and warms the room quickly. Every morning the room was cleaned and the maid would leave us new clean towels. In the room you have a hairdryer, as well as a bath, shampoo and conditioner. All the staff are friendly and unobtrusive, but I must especially praise the receptionist Regip Erdogan. Cheerful, smiling and helpful at all times of the day and night. He welcomed us upon arrival, explained everything to us about where to go and what to see. When we were waiting for the transfer for dinner on the boat, my friend was a little afraid of how safe it was and who would come to pick us up, and Regip got out in front of the hotel, waited with us and checked with the driver if everything was safe and calmed her down, thank you very much for that ! Whenever he wanted to, he would offer coffee or tea, really, I have never had such a service anywhere before, and he deserves all the praise!

1.The hotel staff are wonderful, especially Mr. Hakan, who are very kind and professional. he helped us a lot. 2.The location of the hotel is very good and access to public transportation will be possible with a 5-minute walk. 3.The rooms are completely clean and cleaned every day.

The receptionists are incredibly friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The location is exceptional, 5 mins walk to a tram station Çemberlitaş, 15 mins to the metro station, 3 mins to the closest supermarket, and 10-15 mins to Ayasofya,Topkapı Sarayı, and most of sightseeings are within walking distance. Clean and nice rooms. Breakfasts were great, 3 types of bread, vegetables, white cheese, eggs, olives, fruit, cereal, turkish coffee 😍🤩 and etc. Initially, I paid for 1 night just to check that everything is fine and then extended to almost a week as we really liked the location, hotel itself, people here, and food ❤️

Sometimes, it might be a bit noisy in the mornings, as the location is close to the city centre (our windows were facing a street, so we heard inpatient drivers from outside 😄🙈). Water and tea in our room were not provided on a daily basis, so we have to ask the receptionists every time. Otherwise, there are no any issues at all.

The hotel is very close to the historic city centre and has a very good price-performance ratio. Streets in the surroundings with many shoe shops looked crowded and sometimes messy but were always clean in the morning. The hotel staff were always willing to help.

No vegan options for breakfast. Windows from our room were somewhere in the inner block, but without rush from the city and no biggie when you plan to visit the city, not to stay a whole day in the hotel room.

Good quality-price hotel located in the center of Sultanahmet close to the tram line, close to the big bazaar, the blue mosque, Aghia Sophia. The Room was ok, i was in -2 level. The Internet was functioning well, the room was clean, equipped, two showers, separate toilet, hot water for shower. There was no window, but I knew it. There is an elevator, which is very useful. The breakfast was nice. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I recommend to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is situated down part, so I had to climb a street with the huge luggage. It is not the fault of the hotel!!

It was a great breakfast, and the location was perfect. I liked the staff - they gave us a better room. The Internet was great and this is definitely value for money (compared to other hotels in Istanbul).

In our 4 day stay, housekeeping was done only once. Maybe because we got up late. Also, during that housekeeping, we did not get extra toilet paper (later we got it from the reception). On TV you only get Turkish channels.

We liked everything))) Very good hotel. Its location is convenient. When you take the bus from the airport to Bayazit stop, just walk five minutes to the hotel. Close to the Grand Bazaar and all the tourist attractions of Sultanahmet. There is a T1 tram stop nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, towels and bathroom accessories were cleaned and changed every day. There is heating! The staff is super.

10-15 mins to the old historical part/grand bazar, bus hop in/out, there is one small food shop near by, friendly staff, almost quiet in the room (but some repairmen in the street in the afternoon, very noisy), warm room

Very poor breakfast (at 8:30-9:00 was not easy to find food) and it’s till 10:00. I was told that the district is not very safe, so better not go alone for a lady. towels were not changed (the one for the feet on the floor), noise from the corridor if someone is talking there.

Hakan the manager was so nice and he helped us with everything- he was so funny and helpful and friendly which is hard to find in Istanbul 😊 breakfast is good and everyday they serve different hot dishes- they helped us with the Pcr test and kept our luggage at the reception till midnight- location is 2 min walk from the tram although is it located in a very busy street- we will surely come back

the night staff doesnt speak very good english so it wad hard to communicate- and at the check out they charged us the two bottle of water that were inside the room which I believe was a bit non professional knowing thay water is a minimum u can offer in a hotel :) but that wasnt a big deal

Very good location of the hotel, very good service at the restaurant with a variety of dishes, clean rooms and good hospitality from the front office I m really thankful all the staff particularly to Regaip erdogan and ozcan. 10/10 Imane from 🇩🇿
