Great for overnight stopover near İstanbul Havalimanı (IST) if you don't want to visit the city. The stop (Hasan Tahsin Caddesi) of Airport bus H-6 is abot 150 m from the hotel. Bus ride takes about 40 min, there is one bus per hour. There is restaurant downstairs and supermarket nearby, so you can buy some food and drinks - cards accepted. The hotel has two buildings on opposite sides of the street. The room has comfortable bed, tea-pot and free mini-bar with cold water. If you decide to come with H-6 bus, there are a few caveats: 1. Beware that Google Map drives you to a wrong bus stop (Vıp Terminal). Closest stop is in the underground near airport, 100m away from the Havaist bus. 2. You cannot pay by credit card or cash in H-6 bus. You need either Istanbulkart or temporary ticket 3. I could not buy Istanbulkart in huge and modern Istanbul Airport (there are machines for selling, but the cards were not available, top up only). If you already have Istanbulkart, you can top up with your credit card. Up to 5 people can travel with one Istanbulkart 4. Beware that ticket selling machine gives you the rest with 1 turkish lira coins. Do not insert big notes and do not wait too long or you will end up with bag full of coins. It is difficult (but not impossible) to feed the machine back with coins 5. You have to pay double fare to ride H-6 bus. You need 4 fare units to travel to the hotel and back, but the temporary tickets are sold in bundles of 3 units 6. You cannot buy tickets at Hasan Tahsin Caddesi bus stop, so be prepared and buy tickets or top up your Istanbulkart in advance

Near from the local bus stop ( H6 from airport) so i could save money for taxi. Reception desk is 24h and very kind and helpful staff members :) very comfortable bed. Free tea and coffee in the room with kettle.

Air conditioner stopped working, but i asked for help and staff came immediately to solve.

Location to the airport is excellent. Just 10-15 mins by shuttle bus. The rooms are great. Lovely, comfortable beds. Shower pressure a little low but no big deal. Also complimentary bottles of water in the fridge which I really appreciated. Just across the road is a very decent sized supermarket and some places to eat and buy baklava!

When they charged my card at check in it declined. It was only after getting to my room and checking that the reason became clear. They don't accept amex. This is fine and I should have checked beforehand but I did ask the receptionist at the time and he was quite dismissive of me and just asked for another card. He could have handled it a bit better. Not a massive deal.

Staff is great. I arrived late at night with 2 kids, and all the personnel I met was nice, smiling and very considerate : accompagnying with my luggage, giving a room more adapted to children, arranging for a late breakfast. It is actually kind of a small chain of mini-hotels **. I have been mistaken with the building but the receptionist accompagnied me in person to the correct building located just 2 min by foot away and at night I really appreciated it

Our flight was early in the morning. We asked reception to call us a taxi. The taxi was expensive, 20 euros. The driver was bad, he drove like mad and turned the music on full blast at 5am.

The staff at the hotel are beyond excellent. Even when calling for cabs they are making sure to put your best interests forward by asking for prices etc to stop you being ripped off. Great knowledge of the city and are genuinely interested in what you have done with your day when you see them later. The room is excellent. The shower was superb. You have fresh water bottles in the room and a fridge. The cleaning staff do an excellent job of cleaning the room for you while your out and even switched our bedding as they realized we would be too hot in a duvet. The location is on a main road with the restaurant owned by the hotel across the street. The restaurant is excellent and value for money. There is a local shop that is full of everything you may need again excellent. A little souvenir shop across the road is more than enough for you to grab what you need for family and friends and the gentleman in there was welcoming and not at all pushy which I really liked. Wonderful place

Excellent place to stay to catch a flight out of Istanbul. Comfortable, clean, affordable option with a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries within walking distance of hotel. I had to put in address for taxi driver at airport at night; 200 Turkish lira to get to hotel. We paid 200 more to return to airport the next day. Easy.

I was confused about breakfast but we found a place with delicious local items right by the hotel.

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this hotel because of how great it is. For short stays it is very close to the airport so you're not spending a fortune on taxis. I recommend that you book the taxi through the hotel as it works out cheaper as a return. The rooms are not huge but honestly spot on for short stays. It is spotless and the cleaners come to clean every day. Reception has always been incredibly helpful and recommended their breakfast restaurant across the road where we ate like Kings for not a lot of money. If you wanted to travel into the heart of the city it would take a good 30minutes. There is a mall about a 20 minute walk away which we went to and found a nice little baklava cafe on the way back to the hotel so sampled about 5 of those! They also allowed us to pay a minimal fee for a late check out. This is also what makes us choose this hotel as flight times rarely match hotel check out times. Staff are incredibly accommodating and our kids love the reception cat 🐈. We will always use this hotel as long as we need layovers in Turkey.

Soundproofing between floors isn't great but wouldn't prevent me going back.

Close to the airport, can be reached by bus H6 from havaist station at IST. Checkout at 12pm. Big room, fridge, okay bed. Good breakfast - mix plate.

Staff did not inform me I had breakfast included in price, also no info about checkout. Found out on booking and leaflet in room. Cleanliness could be improved. Damp towels in bathroom, I don’t know if they reused from previous guests or they did not dry properly after wash.

Less than 15 minutes from the airport making it a good value choice for a layover. On a main street so plenty of shopping and eating options within a short walk. Comfortable room, large bed. Tasty and filling breakfast included. Good value return transfer service from the airport compared with other hotels.

Many of the items on the dinner menu not available. Bathroom a bit smelly. Toilet seat broken.
