I liked the breakfast which was fantastic and the location of the hotel near a shopping mall, an aquarium, a lion zoo and a theme park. The room and bathroom were very clean. I want to thank the nice lady that helped us by writing in a piece of paper translation of the incident we have in the mall nearby as my wife's wallet was stolen. We used that translation to file a police report at a nearby police station. I think her name was Riva.

We had a problem with the bathroom, the water was overflowing from the shower and we told them but it was not fixed, also they did not have any arrangements for any tourist attractions because I asked them and the only thing they had was a boat ride for 5 but we are a family of 6 so we couldn't even do that activity.

The staff was wonderful. Orhan at the "Guest Desk" helped us many times with directions and shuffling luggage.

We complained several times about the awful smell coming out of the elevator on the second floor. Some days it was disgusting and going down the hall towards the rooms. Sometimes when you entered the hotel you could smell it right away. It was truly sickening! This for sure needs to be addressed and fixed. We were there 12 days and it was 12 days of smell :-( I also like to mention that it would be even better if you would allow small domestic animals.

using plastic cups in toilets lack of amenities and the absence of minibar snacks and beverages and most importantly theres no spa on the premises not even a massage service. i was promised and booked a sea view it was more of a marina view. they should pamper more their short stay guests as we dont have time to change rooms etc

From the minute you walk into this beautiful modern property, you get the best treatment starting with the professional and welcoming reception team (thank you Rahaf), the very informative and helpful concierge (thank you Orhan). You reach a room that’s very clean and welcoming with an open marina view. You can also have a delightful dining experience at both restaurants on site; The Yacht club and Hungers (thank you Erhan)

Location , clean , tasty food in yacht ristorane and man who were speaking perfect English who help me to choose food with my allergy . That’s why next day I ate again there .

I slept bed because was not pillow very soft for me . I like soft middle pillow . Plus I am triple asking and when book and when was in hotel - prepare before some plate what I can eat in breakfast , because I am allergic . Last day even asked to pepate in clear time . But again was not and workers just help me around to choose what can I eat .

Location, view, room, food, staff, activities near by, and shoppings are outstanding!

Location is far away from Taksim and history places ! I think it was normal, otherwise I will not get above mentiond features within one place.

Everything. It is my second time to stay at this hotel. The staff and service were excellent. The location is amazing where you can walk to Viaport Marina and other attractions.

The lotion bottle was empty and needed to be refill.

The staff was so helpful especially Riva and the guy in the concierge abdulkader, they make everything easy and if we want anything they do their best for us. The shops near the hotel which are viaport marina are so good and it was so various , I would recommend the hotel for the one who wants to have a calm stay.
