The friendly, helpful staff Ugur and Aziz with their warm welcoming and kindness. The rooms are spotless and super comfortable, with all bathroom amenities, even tea and espresso machines and a Microwave .The presentation of delightful fresh Turkish breakfasts was amazing and the ladies that served us became good friends. The location is perfect with public transport just across the front entrance. Really recommend this hotel if visiting as a couple, or small family. My daughter and family secured a penthouse with 2 bathrooms, dining and lounge facilities. For the 7 days we stayed ,there is not one regret for choosing Broyt Hotel. Also if you need to experience true Turkish hospitality, you will not regret choosing this wonderful hotel. Thank you all staff at Broyt.

There was nothing to not like.

Really attentive staff, good local amenities, didn't try the restaurant this time, but the restaurant area looked very well presented. The staff are kind, considerate, friendly, and always ready to help.

The sound of cars racing outside noise was really loud, making it difficult to sleep every night. Initially my room was at the front of the hotel when I requested a new room I was kindly upgraded to a room at the back where the noise wasn't as loud but then ended up with very noisy couple next door for one night. I appreciate the hotel owners and staff can't control the noise outside, which lasts until around 3am, but feel the hotel would benefit from soundproof windows to make the hotel the perfect place for visitors to the area.

We loved the warm reception from the desk staff and maintenance staff, everyday. The size and decor of our suite was perfect. The amenities in our suite were sufficient and exceeded our expectations. We would like to thank Emre Bey and his desk crew. We also are grateful for Zeynep Hanım of housekeeping, for making sure that nothing was lacking, and always with gracious smiles.

The only concern was the mattress, being too soft for our spinal support.

The location and the hotel were perfect. My room was stylish, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — even after I had checked out, they still assisted me with a few things. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I visit this part of Istanbul.

The internet connection wasn’t very strong, but that’s a common issue across the country, so it’s not really the hotel’s fault.

I enjoyed how spacious, clean, and modern my room was, along with the kind and helpful staff. My first impression of Istanbul was wonderful due to the friendly attitude of staff. Location is on the main road so it was very convenient with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby.

The option to purchase individual dishes for breakfast would be appreciated rather than having to purchase the full breakfast package. This option is only reserved for non guests. Regardless, breakfast was delicious.

Our location was excellent for our needs, with easy access to shops, the seashore, and the İstanbul transit system (ie. buses, trains, subway system). There was a plethora of restaurants and cafés nearby, the lush and tulip filled GÖZTEPE 60. YIL PARKI, as well as the CRAFT BEER LAB located on the ground floor of the BROYT HOTEL. Our hotel staff was very courteous and enthusiastic, including the room service.

The location of the hotel is excellent within a very lively area full of cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious and accommodated the four of us perfectly. Staff were always happy to help and assist in anyway. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

It would have been great if the small fridge in the room included a freezer compartment as we needed ice packs regularly. However hotel staff did try their best to accommodate our needs. Additionally, the bathroom door wouldn't close, a common issue I was told across all rooms. I was informed that the hotel is planning to fix this problem.

The suite exceeded expectations, looking even better than it did in the pictures. The stay was incredibly comfortable, with a bed so cozy that we didn’t want to get up. The room was well-stocked with plenty of towels, shampoos, and other products, and even included a coffee machine. The lighting was soft and easy on the eyes, adding to the relaxing ambiance. The room was much larger than I anticipated—more like an apartment than a typical hotel suite. The entire experience was truly luxurious.

The shower drainage could have been better.

The location. The staff were very kind. The breakfast is delicious.

We requested an airport transportation (which was offered by the hotel). Unfortunately the hotel asked us to pay the full amount in advance. And on the day of the departure the driver was late around 40 minutes and we have flight to catch. It was very stressful and disappointed to end our stay that way. To be onset all the hotel staff were apologizing for that delay. In my opinion the payment should be after the transportation not in advance.

The location for Kadıköy is really great - lots of cafés and restaurants, the bay is not far and if you need to go to Büükada or Moda - there is a ferry in 10 minutes by taxi.

The room was ok, but it was noisy on Friday and weekends because of the bar/restaurant downstairs. And it was quite dusty in the room. Though in general the facilities were good.
