Really like the hotel building, the room, the vibes, the restaurant terraces. Our room view overlooking Gerome. The staff were very friendly. What a pleasant stay we had in Cappadocia.

Just a little far to walk to the commercial area, going down was OK, but going up was tough

The location was very nice! Close to shops, restaurants, and fantastic view of the balloons in the mornings.

Our room was a bit shabby. A streak of brown liquid kept flowing from the sink across the bathroom, and it was never fixed while we were there.

Extremely friendly staff from the day I booked my holiday to when I left. They went out of their way to make this holiday a memorable one. It was mine and my wife's five years anniversary and I asked for them to place swans, petals and tea light candles of which they did and did not even charge me for it. The hotel has some breath-taking views, they have multiple balcony rooms, we stayed at room 209 which has it's own massive balcony. The staff booked the hot air balloon for us and gave us their recommendations and reassured us to make sure everything goes according to plan.

The only thing that was slightly disliked was the bed was a bit creeky, when you toss and turn it does make a squeek noise. Easy fix, apart from that, I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Really friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel was under new management and they did all they could to make our stay comfortable. Helped arrange activities as required. Good breakfast variety, but not sure if you could order any eggs etc as we were never asked by the staff

Some of the room fittings need addressing. The bathroom tap actually moved and the plug sockets were hanging off the wall. Due to change in management the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Due to the airline cancelling our initial flight I had to amend the hotel booking by one day, but was unable to and so had to cancel my full booking and re-book. On doing so the price of the stay doubled! I thought the cave rooms would be a bit more authentic.

We booked a junior suite which was really cute, the view from our window was incredible. We had a private balcony and view of the hot air balloons during sunrise. The room was clean and the beds super comfy. In terms of location, the hotel is very easily accessible from the centre of Goreme and within walking distance to some of the main attractions. We were very pleased with everything the hotel had to offer, especially when booking all the tours and attractions. Yosef was really kind and helped us out with everything we needed!

The location of the property was fantastic. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the views were incredible. We really enjoyed the spa and Hammam experience. The owner was lovely and so helpful. We had a great time on the complimentary farm tour and would recommend it.

The price was quite expensive for the quality of the accommodation. The first day after being out all day they offered to clean our room at 3pm. The next day we requested cleaning for when we were gone and came back to find dirty dishes still around the sink but the room clean. There was no shower in the room, only a jacuzzi with a shower head that leaked all over the bathroom. The restaurant is quite expensive. We booked the balloon ride weeks in advance and asked days before about the arrival time for the balloon but were told we would find out on arrival. We came to learn Balloon departure was at 3:45am. That would have been helpful to know for planning purposes. The heater in the bathroom was broken so they sent it a back up that sparked and was unsafe.

We had a fabulous experience at Cappodocia cave suites, we booked a Faity Chimney suite and it didn't disappoint. The bed was so comfortable, the room was tidy and we had a great view. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and wouldn't let us carry a bag. .even if we tried. Only thing we would say was the underfloor heating made the room a little warm at times, but this wasn't anything negative. We also did the Valley breakfast tour and it was the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was great! The staff (especially Emre and Semsettin) was always available and so helpful. The bed was extremely comfy- we had a hard time getting out of it. The property is perfectly located - walking distance to everything! They are sister hotels such as the Sultan Cave Suites that they have curiosity transportation to and from. That was a great feature after a rooftop happy hour. The views were absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend this hotel!

Bathroom had some mold and a foul odor. Notified management and they were looking into having that fixed.

The staff and manager and owner (Semsettin) on top of every detail so the guests have a wonderful stay .. They are extremely helpful, friendly and customer oriented .. I loved everything on my stay! The views are amazing, the rooms are perfect size with nice details, very clean . Youseff and the girls (Naz and the other friendly 22 year old girls) at the reception explained you all the details , gives you tips on Cappadocia and the hotel and are always willing to help you in any way you need Also the staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful and take great pictures :) The lady at housekeeping is also so niceee!! A+ I felt at home every day it is hard leaving this place. I wish I could have decided to stay longer in here previous to my visit . I highly recommended also visiting the sister hotel Sultan Cave . Beautiful as well . … and heard all over great comments on Seten restaurant. pd- sorry if I am bad about spelling the names Thank you so much !!!

The hotel location is great. Lovely view. We could also see hot air balloons during sunrise from the roof top. Breakfast was wonderful with the freshest of ingredients. The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. Especially Mr Yusuf, Ms Naz (Nesime) and the owner Mr Shamshuddin. The staff provided us good recommendations of restaurants nearby as well as booked our tours and activities. The owner Mr Shamshuddin took personal interest and inquired about our stay multiple times.
