The staff is very friendly and attentive. As a group, we had a lot of luggage and got help from the reception. The room was cleaned and the location is really good for people who like to stay more central. I forgot a jacket when I left and the staff helped me to get it back by delivering it to one group of girls that was coming to my country!

The music in the pool was a little bit loud. The water on the shower was very weak, making it difficult to take a relaxing shower and could be a little bit hotter as well. The coffee has great options, but the staff should be more attentive to the display cleaning.

2 of the staff in particular were so nice and friendly, i don't know their names but a young man and woman at check-in. nice pool area. tasty breakfast. relaxed vibe. nice cocktails. clean room, comfy bed.

the energy efficiency of the fridge concerned us! there was so much heat coming from it, and inside the fridge was barely cool. the pool bar was very expensive for both food and drinks, with the food not so nice. we would have liked to have water fountains in the pool area, and better coffee at breakfast.

The outside areas were as the images on Booking.com - very nice and upmarket. Breakfast was quite a good choice and especially fruit and breads were fresh and tasty. The lunch we bought at the property was excellent and reasonable price - as good as anything at outside restaurants. The pool was lovely and clean with plenty of longers and seating areas too. Also only a 10 minute walk into the town centre with load sof choice for shops restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Furnishing in the rooms could be a little better - although ( unusually for any hotel) the lighting was brilliant in our rooms. The room we booked was a triple but we had to change to a bigger one as teh first on ethey gave us, we couldnt even put cases anywhere. The other room they gave us was much bigger - but again the furniture was lacking - could have had a sofa or something in there as there wa sa lot of empty floorspace. Oh and do make sure to get hooks especially on the doors- we had to hang wet stuff on the windows and TV! Loads of cats hanging around - so if you don't like them...

Great location and all the staff were very friendly and super helpful. They helped us booked all the tours and activities eg, boat trip to black island was super fun, boat trip to Kos Greece, water sports activities and also tour to Pamukale and taxi back to airport They were always ever ready to help. Breakfast was very delicious and we really enjoyed it very much.

The room is super small and tight for family of 3 and we can hardly put our luggages. The toilet has molds and quite smelly and infested with gnats flies in the toilet and the room. I sprayed a bit of my perfume just so to mask the stench. Also you cannot leave food or drinks in the room as it will be swamped with black ants. My daughter's leftover cup of drink on the bedside table was swamped with black ants.

We really enjoyed the decor and lay out, it was very handy to have a shop close by too. It's such a good location and the pool was stunning. The staff were so helpful and we loved the breakfasts.

The music when on was quite abrasive and loud. We loved hanging by the pool when it was super chill in the mornings but when it got switched on we felt it was too loud and not fitted for the vibe. Rap music or quite intense dance music with kids around didn't feel right and was hard to relax when it was playing. Even if the music gets played I would suggest something low key chill out and lowering the volume. This was the only downfall of such a beautiful holiday. I would recommend if the music taste was readjusted

The standouts were the following: - easy parking and easy to find hotel - great location to explore bodrum - lovely staff - nice decorations - amazing breakfast - amazing place if you love cats as there are loads of very sweet cats around :) - rooms are a bit more simple then the images portray them, but it's fine and good enough for the price point.

One minor thing that annoyed us when at the pool was that someone would keep changing the songs in the middle of it, and they would also repeat the songs over and over again. Better to grab a playlist from Spotify and just let it run :) And the volume would also change from loud to quite, then loud again and I assume it was all because a few people had different opinions of the music. A good mix of biza/ turkish / deep house music would be lovely as the hotel in itself has a lot of potential and this would create a nicer pool vibe.

The location of the hotel is very good, you can reach anywhere you want by walking. The breakfast was very nice. It is nice that there are constant renewal efforts. They keep up with development and change. The hotel staff is extremely sympathetic and caring. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ferdi and Ms. Ece for their interest and concern. They supported me in everything. I came here last month, and it was Mr. Ferdi and Ms. Ece who made me come here again. I visited every province in Turkey that I was interested in. I have never seen employees who are this happy where they work. I was impressed, I hope they are getting rewarded. The interior design of the hotel is modern and calm. I loved that there was plenty of space to take photos, plenty of trees and greenery. I will come again as soon as possible :)

Absolutely perfect little hotel , very stylish and beautiful. Location couldn’t be any better , 2 mins to the harbour and the restaurants, but far enough to be quiet, as we were anxious being so close to the loud clubs. The bar at the pool plays very nice music in the day. I think we were upgraded to a room with the pool view , but also we were welcomed with a lovely arrangement and a cake in our room as we mentioned that our trip was for my partner’s birthday and our anniversary. This was very thoughtful of the hotel - thank you !

The pool could have more loungers as we were struggling to find any and the breakfast was nice but could have a bit more options

AC in the room could be improved, but anyway nice stay!

The property overall is fantastic. Well located. The food and the vibes at the hotel are exceptional. Diloş and Emer were fantastic hosts at the reception.

The AC is very bad and need to be upgraded to a central one as these ones are very noisy and provide poor cooling. The cleaning crew needs to be fired. If you ever walk with white socks or barefoot in the room it will turn out black with dust and residue from the floor. The matrices are barely okay for sleeping and are long overdue a change. The covers, pillows, bathrooms and sheets are very clean and decent and are changed daily which is the min required. If it wasn’t for those minor but important changes this could have been a 5 star hotel.
