huge variety and very clean. A lot of options so always enough for everyone to chose from. The room was very big and clean ith a nice view. Big gym with surveillance and group lessons. The sauna and hamman is large with a heated outdoor pool.

There was nothing i did not like.

On the 1st day Both my kids slipped by the kids pool and nearly had some very serious injurys, they feard the pool area for the rest of the trip, the highlight of our trip turned into a disappointment and a sudden anti climax. The tiles used by the pool areas are all not non slip especially in the kids area and this needs some urgent / renovation as it is dangerous.

The main word for this location is "SPORT"! Voleyball, tennis, cycling and mach more! Big clean green territory, mach more than enough of sunbeds at the beach. Good delicious food, and the best Turkish coffee in the bar. Coctails are superb and you can change the receirpt on your personal choce. Beer is always chilled and what you want more from the beer ))) For shopaholics - The Land of Legends is very close and only 10 Euro by taxi.

In difference with previous years you don't have one free of charge dinner in the thematic restaurants. The app of TUI is nice, but not fully helpful, for example, you can't bokk your stay or evet book cycling experience. I hint to the staff to split the beach to "with kids area" and "no kids area" - it's easy and avoid elders from extra noises.

We liked the large grounds, which are well maintained and well laid out. Lots of pools, a separate children's pool and water slides, a separate pool for active people with music and games, a separate +18 pool and several more separate pools for undisturbed swimming and relaxing. A long and wide beach area with a sandy beach (this year there were more pebbles on the beach - last year there were very few pebbles). The food was OK, no delicacies are offered, but the selection was sufficient and there was always something suitable. The SPA seemed quite small and modest, we went to explore once, but when the staff heard that we didn't want their paid services, they lost interest in us, and walking around on our own, it was unclear which saunas there were free to use and which were paid for. The evening entertainment is quite OK, but last year was a little better (for example, there was Oktoberfest and a rich seafood gala dinner - this year there was nothing similar)

The rooms need updating - the doors and door casings are already quite worn and the furniture is worn and the sliding doors no longer move properly. The cleaning is quite superficial - the walls have killed mosquitoes and other stains and the floor is not very clean (however, there is a little progress, last year the floors were sandy and you couldn't walk barefoot).

The hotel was amazing! It was a nice surprise, because I didn't expect THAT high level. Unlike many other "Package all inclusive tour operators'" hotels, this one is very stylish, very modern, very European-like. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, amazing fitness center, great beach, good rooms. Definitely a hotel to be back to!

In All-Inclusive hotel some drinks and cocktails are from "exclusive menu" and thus are to pay for. Including such a basic thing as Aperol Spritz. In other hotels they are included into the general all-inclusive package. But that was not a problem for me at all, because the rest of drinks and cocktails are also great. So it's not a big thing comparing to all the other great things that I found about the hotel

The staff everywhere was amazing, make you feel really in vacation. All resort and rooms are clean. Animation team doing absolutely great job. You have all day activities suitable for young and older people. Food is tasty, many types of main dishes, salads, fruits, deserts. Resort is green. Sea is warm, clean, sandy with just few stones in the beginning. Many pools with enough cheaslongs. Beds are comfortable. Wi-fi is good, also on the beach. AC work good. I summary - the resort is very good, all atmosphere smell relax, positiveness, vacation and you dont feel any need to go out of the place. Hope they will keep the quality.

1. We had mosquitos in the room, so net on the window / terrasse's door is absolutely needed. 2. If you want to be on first line on the cheaslong on the beach or pool, and also on the quiet pool you have to go latest 8 am to put toils to "reserve" place. This is in many resorts, but may be some policy to avoid this reservation will make better experience.

Lots of pools, suiting everyone's needs; plenty of sun chairs and umbrellas, including on the beach (I really appreciated the fact that the sun chairs on the beach were shaded). Lots of varied types of food. Friendly and helpful staff.

There's a doctor on premise (which is very nice), but a consultation costs 120 euros (less nice) and for medicine you have to go outside de compound, which can be rather cumbersome. It would be nice if the stores in the compound would be better stocked with over-the-counter medicine (e.g. some drops for ear pain, after all that time in the pool/sea). Being closer to the important facilities (e.g. main restaurant and bar, family pool, beach) might mean a bit more noise early in the night given that on most nights there's some sort of show; so if quiet nights are a must, it might be worth mentioning this in your booking, so that you get a room further away from the entertainment area.

The staff and entertainers were excellent who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. In particular, Memmet, Ibrahim Ayvas and Evert? - (the Executive Sous Chef?) who when he found out my wife was gluten intolerant the following day prepared a bespoke very fine cheesecake, see photo. There was a wide and varied selection of food which was all very good. The airport transport is only 30 minutes.

Biggest gripe was as good as the dancers were, on previous stays when there was an outside evening show once or twice a week which offered something else, and again good as the Corde Lisse (aerial acrobat) guy was, seeing him 4 times in five days wasn't great. This was clearly done as a cost cutting exercise and Masmavi was worse for it. Other issue was our shower drain blocked and spilled into the bathroom. We reported this on the first day, then twice more, but it was only remedied day before we left.

I liked everything about this hotel. With each passing day, I was more and more amazed and delighted by how everything here is organized. The hotel team tirelessly works to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of the guests. The food in the restaurant was always fresh and delicious, with plenty of vegetables and fruits. The beach is spacious, with enough room for everyone. And of course, what was very important to me, was the care for nature and sustainable development. For example, there are many cats living in the hotel, and there is food, shelters, and a veterinarian who comes to check on them every 2 weeks.

I was at the hotel for only five days, but I didn't notice any significant shortcomings.

It might see like a kind of paid advertisement, but I really enjoyed short stay at the hotel. It's main asset is great staff (Esra Mutlu Golkhan from reception), Kristina, Alp, Sarkan, who did great job as an archery coach, and many more people, who really cared about hotel's reputation and guest's wellness. Definitely the place where I'd come back again.

In the beginning of stay I found out that the variety of Turkish diary products is not so broad, nevertheless, after accidentally meeting master chef, the situation changed for the better and we found more options during breakfast and lunch.
