We had a great stay, the staff were very helpful and attentive, especially during our late check in and meal times. The location is also excellent, near sights and public transport. The bed was really comfy and we never had any issues with the wifi connection. We were lucky to have a room with a terrace and partial sea view. Great choice of food for breakfast with fresh pancakes and omelettes and dinner. We really recommend.

The location of the hotel and the layout (with multiple courtyards) is great! The staff was very helpful and nice, the rooms were comfy and had space. Didn't get to try the free breakfast but the value of the rooms to the location in old town was great.

The bathrooms when we checked in seemed like it could've been cleaned better and there was a smell coming from there that once we informed the hotel staff, they tried to take care of. Overall I would say this is a really nice hotel, especially considering the location.

I liked having breakfast in the garden. Beautiful view, peaceful place and the stuff (with an extra credit for Ercan Bey) was very nice!

I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t warn us beforehand about the deposit money. When we arrived in the middle of the night, they asked about the deposit money and made us pay the whole trip from the first night. We were lucky that we had some cash with us so we paid the deposit straight away and didn’t mind paying the whole week before even seeing the hotel. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but everything else was fine!

Location is perfect.

The fresh orange juice should be included in the breakfast rate , especially that Antalya is famous of Orange. The complimentary water was only once on the first day.

Wonderful hotel located right next to the harbour in the middle of the cities beautiful old town streets. The room was comfortable and clean, really quiet despite many loud restaurants and bars right around the corner and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a nice breakfast selection and we'll miss our daily morning cup of Turkish tea! It was a pleasure to stay here and we'll be happy to return once we make it to Antalya again. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect

Ideally located in the old town area within walking distance to a quite park with views across the harbour to the mountains, shops and restaurants, and in the evenings close to the lively bars but far enough away to be quite. The staff were exceptional. Courteous, professional, and always eager to make your stay the best it could be without the smarmy sycophantic attitude that happens in larger ‘branded’ hotels. The smaller rooms on the top floor have sloping ceilings which I know can be a distraction for taller guest, but I actually think it added to the charm of my stay. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water, toiletries provided too (single traveler with only carry-on suitcase = only toothpaste to separate @ security). This hotel is suitable for people of all ages - singles, couples, and families.

The breakfast spread was really good and accommodated many tastes and an omelette station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt at home from the time we arrived. They checked us in early into one room even though we were early. The restaurant has a good lunch and dinner menu. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Wifi was good all day and night. Fresh bottled water on arrival and a minibar in the room. The safe was big enough for both laptops. The pool is lovely and gets sun all day. Hotel is in the old city near the harbour, many restaurants and shopping bazaar. I forgot my jacket there at checkout and they sent a taxi to bring it to the airport. That was very accommodating as I was still traveling for a while.

That I had to leave after 4 days. Also expect some uphills, not bad just a warning for your feet and legs.

Beautifully kept with a mix of old and new. The hotel is located in the middle of Old Town so it is surrounded by beautiful architecture and amazing restaurant but at night it can be a bit loud from the nearby bars. Pre-booked transfers may not be able to reach the hotel as there is a toll gate (yellow taxis can get through fine)

The noise at night can make it difficult to get some rest but it all stops promptly at 2am. The towels had some stains on them and one of hair dryers exploded. However staff dealt with that immediately.

Beautiful friendly hotel with lovely staff. Ercan and the housekeeper lady stand out as exceptionally hardworking, friendly and welcoming. It was just fantastic that the spotless pool was kept open for swimming during my stay though would normally have been closed for the time of year. Bedroom 137 was beautiful and very comfortable, only lacking sun on the balcony! it had the best and fiercest hairdryer I have ever used!

Cannot fault the hotel itself but COVID restrictions made breakfast arrangements difficult and the hot food was mainly cold. But always served helpfully.

It is a lovely place in the heart of the city. We had a big room and a balcony, there was enough place for our 2 toddlers and 3 adults - that is exeptionnally great comparing to other places in the surrounding area. Breakfests were great. Sometimes one of us had dinner - that was pretty good, but I would say that for some people the variety of choice in a buffet would be not enogh. A swimming pool is great. The hotel is very pretty and stylish, we would come back to this place for sure. And all staff was very attentive and helpful.
