Niza Park Hotel

I stayed here again with my family. At first it is family friendly and the staff including the receptionists, the trolley boy, the waiters, and the cleaners all are very polite, understanding and do very well. It was great the when we arrived the trolley boy was same who welcomed us last time also and he recognised us. Due to bit language barrier didn't ask names. The waiters were so nice that my wife used to cm n ask for heating/warming her lunch and they used to give her good help. Im very happy i stayed again with u. See u again soon.

Only that thr must b a hole for water to pass easily if its on floor in washroom. This time in room 309 the bath 🛁 didnt hav good level to pass water to hole and it used to collect at one place. Secondly the beds should b bit more better to make it comfortable enough 😍 hope to see this change next time.

The whole staff, including the hotel manager were so kind and professional. They treated us with great respect and sincerity. They took immediate care of everything we needed or asked for. Breakfast was very rich and very good. Location is prefect as the neighborhood is very lively and central an yet, not noisy. the bed and the mattress are really good. We will definitely use this hotel if we get to visit once again.

The carpets in the corridors at our floor, might need to be replaced.

Very good location and the nearby grocery shop owner was so kind and communicated in English. One of the employees (Murat) was very helpful and friendly and I’m so grateful for him.

Poor ironing equipment (see photos). The iron and ironing board were of very poor quality and they took the iron from the room without asking us. They gave it back to us after I asked for it.

The staff are very good particularly "ilkan" the main reception . He is very kind,warm and helpful and also speaks english very well . The hotel location is good in one of diplomatic area of the ankara and it is quiet.our room was a "corner room" . It was not vast but it is nice.room and bathroom were clean and housekeeping staff , were in touch with you every morning or whenever you want . The most important part is " pcr test" for return flight and "ilkan" managed it . the laborayory came to the hotel and took test even cheaper than most other labs and the result were ready in the evening.

Everything was great exept breakfast that was very simple (maybe because of pandemic) and fitness center that was just a 3×4 room!

The hotel is clean and the staff is very kind. The breakfast was very good with a varied range of options to chose from. The location is perfect, quiet, near many embassies and It is quite easy to reach the key points of Ankara.

I was traveling for work and enjoyed my stay at Niza a lot. They allowed me to check in early in the morning which I was very grateful for. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ilkin at the front office! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the city center and it is in a good quality neighborhood with nice restaurants around. The facilities are modern, the breakfast is good and the terrace is just awesome. Highly recommended!

Very good location. Very nice and very helpful personel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel looks quite old and the rooms, although very clean, would need a little refreshing (new paper on the walls, new carpets). The breakfast was not particularly interesting.

The location of this hotel was very good, and upon arrival, they gave us the room before the check-in time, and the staff were very polite and kind.

The pillows of the hotel were destroyed due to the excessive washing of the materials inside.

Helpful staff, they even helped us order delivery since it needed Turkey phone number. The room is clean, comfortable & quiet. Good value for money.

The only issue was that the water in the shower would come out from both shower head and tap.
