everything！ The service is very attentive. The staff showed me directions and helped me to find the shuttle stop from the hotel to the airport and gave me a card for shuttle. Thanks a lot for their kindness!

A very nice, comfortable hotel in an area, ten minute walk from the main train station. It is only a few minutes walk form plenty of eateries. I also visited all the sights I was interested in without the need for any public transport. The hotel can also arrange airport transfers. The rooms, staff and extensive choice buffet breakfast were exactly what I would have expected. My toilet did not flush I found late on my first night. I used the public toilet in the restaurant on the floor above. I reported this the next morning and was immediately moved to another room.

For what I paid, I would not expect anything more than what I received.

Staff were professional, very nice and friendly and helped us during our stay and ensured we will be comfortable. in the first night there were some noise above my room which disturb me and when I asked the staff to change my room they happily helped me to change it which was a positive point. The room was clean and staff changed all the sheets and towels with my request and ensured we are happy with cleanliness. Also, as I was traveling in different day from rest of family they offered me to stay in the same room as I was with my family and does not need to change the room again which it was kind of them. During our stay, we need some help which the staff helped us a lot and we really appreciate them. There are few points which management may consider for improvement which includes providing airport shuttle service specially in arrival. Next point to consider is running the restaurant in Hotel for dinner time as we find out Ankara is not a very crowded city with tourism and everywhere will close around 9 pm :( Final point to consider for improvement can be the quality of the breakfast. Apart from that everything else was very good and I should say thank you to management and staff with their hard work and friendly attitude. Location was good with easy access to public transport.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel: a comfortable bed, a spacious room and bathroom, a great breakfast with lots of options on the roof top with a terrace, and very helpful and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is good by default - facing parks and close to the train station.

The one drawback was that our room overlooked Istanbul Caddesi (a little noisy from the traffic when the window was open) and the new stadium being built. But it's not a big deal if the window is closed and by the way we enjoyed an incredible sunset from our room))

Really nice hotel for a great price. We arrived late and left the next day, so didn't sample many of the facilities, but it looked like they'd thought of everything (pillow selection etc.). We even got a coat stand (other hotel's please take note!) We arrived tired from a long trip and got a good night's sleep. Two of our rooms had views of the castle. It's on a busy road but the room we had that faced the road wasn't too noisy. We had three rooms between us and it was handy being able to phone each other up.

The convenience of the location, helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms and good breakfast. The hotel accommodated our early arrival which we appreciated. Catching a taxi and mini bus is easy from the hotel and there is a wonderful local restaurant next to the hotel. They serve delicious local food and their service is excellent. Bugday is a good choice.

The only negative I can think of is that the hotel is on a busy road but this also makes catching a taxi or mini bus very convenient.

The location is great, hardly 10 mins walk from Ankara high speed train station. The staff were very kind and polite, and it was very clean comfortable and quiet. Very good for the price I paid. The breakfast was very nice too.

The only thing that could improve perhaps is the shower. The show space was slight tight and the splash a little weak, but of course that’s not a big deal. I would still stay there again if I’m travelling to Ankara.

The room was spacious, clean and full of facilities and amenities! The staff was very prompt, respectful and full-filled all of our wishes, going even beyond. The parking lot was spacious, 24/7 secured with a guard and cameras. The location was close to the city center and all attractions.

The restaurant (room service) was sadly closed, but the staff was eager to order food for us, so in the end everything was resolved :)

The breakfast selection was very diverse, and so for three days, there was definitely variety. I also liked the location, as there was a metro station that was close by which allowed me to get easily to other parts of the city. Not to mention that the train station was a short walk away.

The water pressure was rather weak, so taking a shower is rather different. Perhaps this is because I was at a relatively high floor, but it would be nice to have water slightly stronger when taking a shower.
