Hildegard Hotel Alanya

-Very nice buffet breakfast, lots of choices, everyday something new to eat, lots of fruits -Very friendly staff and cook -Great location - very close to beach and bus station, lots of grocery shops nearby -Nice restaurant 'Angora' nearby - recommended!

-Had some issues with 'free private beach' - had to contact booking.com to sort it out -Hotel definitely looks much nicer on the photos -Drains in shower clogged, had to stand ankle-deep in water whilst showering -Issues with cleaning. Nobody cleaned our room for a few days despite repeated requests. -Bit too expensive for the overall quality of stay

The hotel is in the center of Alanya, everything is near. The room was clean,, the receptioner was really kind. Everything was excellent.

The breakfast was ok, but a little poor. It could have more choice for eating.

Great hotel and great location, very close to Cleopatra beach, you had to walk around 5 minutes to get there. Regarding the parking, if you come by car, you can park it in front of the hotel. The design of the hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were very beautiful and tasteful. Wifi worked very good. The staff was very nice, especially the kitchen/restaurant staff, it was a pleasure to meet them. By the way, they had a restaurant with tasty food, such as pizza, doner, pasta etc. and the prices were very good too. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

What we didn't like: - cleaning wasn't on point, after 3 days we had to ask in order to get our rooms cleaned up - breakfast - water pressure was low, showering was annoying, especially when washing long hair...

Stylish and well designed. Really outstanding compared to other hotels in whole alanya. Great location. Only a few minutes away from Kleopatra beach, the best beach in the town. Good breakfast.everything was fresh and tasty. Friendly staff. You won’t have a problem in communication, because everyone speaks English there. swimming pool. I was amazed how they made such a good swimming pool in a small location

Room cleaning. Floor in our room was dirty upon arrival and it didn’t change during the whole stay. There were stains that needed to be mopped, not just swiped. Somehow it was a problem to clean up

The place is cute and cozy. It doesn’t feel like a hotel per se. They treat you in a way that you feel like you’re in a relative’s house, very interesting. And they helped me in every possible way to get a transfer to the next location. The breakfast is simple, but filling. It’s close to the beach, and the center, so you can easily walk there. The good thing is that it’s not on the main street, so it won’t be noisy by the traffic, although you can hear the bars around. Nothing annoying, just close the windows and turn on the a.c., you will be fine. 😉 I chose this place because I wanted to rest, so it was worth it.

They did not have real coffee, only instant coffee. But it seems like other smaller hotels are like this too. I missed being able to choose how my eggs would be made each morning, like other places I stayed before. Most days they served boiled eggs, already prepared beforehand. And I would’ve like to have the option of eating in the hotel if they offered dinner.

Near the beach. Hospitality and nice. Rooms are clean.

They even done some laundry for us at a very reasonable rate. Excellent room cleaning service The shower was broken and this was promptly fixed by the staff, always plenty of hot water. It was new, modern, small and quiet. Excellent staff, spreading joy and with humor. Restaurant was great. Pool always on top. Rooms were great.

The breakfast was poor. Some things in the room was not finished, some things falling apart or undone.

Everything was wonderful. I recommend this hotel with all confidence. the price-quality ratio was excellent, the staff very kind, the location warm. I was impressed by their dedication and kindness.

Location was great, 3 min walk to Cleopatra Beach and all the restaurants. The room where quite small with a lack of storage, but refurnished i a modern way. Air condition and a nice balcony made this room very comfortable during the hot days.

The lack of storage, and the beds was quite hard.
